Westlab Epsom Salts are a bath essential in our home for my boyfriend who uses them every time alongside the Westlab Dead Sea Salts to ease muscle tension and help him relax. They dissolve quickly, feel high-quality, and deliver consistent, no-fuss results that make baths genuinely more restorative, especially after gym sessions!

I’ve been using this Epsom salt for years now and overall I’m really happy with it. It dissolves quickly in warm water and sometimes I use it as a scrub. It leaves my muscles feeling noticeably more relaxed after a long day. I like that it’s pure and unscented, especially when I don’t want anything too strong or irritating on my skin. If you prefer something with added fragrance or a more “spa-like” feel, this might come across as a bit plain. But if you’re after something simple and effective that does the job after a long run then go for it.

Great for a bath, good for helping balance electrolyte levels through skin absorption. However, need to ingest appropriate electroyles in diet and drink. I like these, can add some essential oil drops to have a scented bath.

Brilliant to help with sleep. I use a cup in my bath after 5 pm and really noticed the difference with wanting to fall asleep and staying asleep. I find this brand works better than others.

Really good product, the magnesium helps with joint pain and muscle aches. Great after a long day of being on your feet.
