Great graphics and easy to understand
I get a lot of physio and this has helped me to understand which muscles I am working on and which have been injured. It also helps me understand how they are supposed to work. Great graphics and easy to understand.

Excellent wall chart
Excellent wall chart. Coloured muscle groups makes it easier to view and follow. Fantastic idea with the QR codes which offers video training to work each of the muscle groups in correct form. Not just a poster but a whole work out especially if you want to target specific muscle groups too. Videos very professional and easy to follow. Superb value for money when you're not just getting a poster but training too.

This product is not bad, its a good size and looks good in my home garage gym, the QR reader works well and directs you to video workouts for each muscle group. I've given it 4 stars as it arrived ever so slightly creased in one corner.
