I take 1 Tsp a day, it helps my short-term memory
I don't eat much fish, so get those wonderful oils for my brain and general health, from taking 1tsp of this daily. Tastes ok - a little bitter towards the end of the bottle, but a lot better than most. IMO this is way better than having to take 5 capsules of unknown quality! It h

You can use it for lots of things.
I don’t know what the oil will do for me yet as I was recommended to use it by my eye doctor. I’m using it for itchy eye lids but not as a topical oil. I have to eat it.

Got it expiring in a month
I got it in 26th of August and it says it expires in 10th of October which is unacceptable
