Such a handy device! My camping cup kept slipping between the burner prongs on my camp stove, but this handy-dandy item solves that problem. It's lightweight, well made, sturdy, and is actually a safety item, because it prevents spills of hot drinks/food. Such a useful little piece of kit. I don't know why stove makers don't just make the prongs longer on stoves in the first place, but oh well.

I came across this trivet by chance. There were a couple of different designs which I found first but went with this one because of the reviews. It fits my standard gas top burners perfectly and stabilises a small saucepan I use daily. Can also use my smaller Bialetti coffee maker on this stove now, having had to put it away in past summers when the Aga is off. All in all a great little gadget that is perfect for my needs.

This dinky little device does exactly as advertised - perfect for very small pans and coffee pots on a gas hob.

Our new gas job had huge gaps in the bars so my espresso pot and tiny milk pan couldn’t sit safely over the burners. I tried various options but all failed until these, they are brilliant, fit over the differently sized gaps in both sized front burners and I can use my grandma’s espresso pot again!

They stopped our smaller pans wobbling on the hob, and they have lasted very well. great product.

I bought this little trivet reducer to support a small non-stick milk pan, one that is so small it tips between the arms of my hob. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered the trivet didn't fit properly. The blurb above says "Universal" and I was expecting a good fit, but it didn't work on my Bosch hob. The curves on the ends of the arms were too narrow to fit completely over the centre arms on my Bosch hob; they needed to be just a little wider at the ends - so close, but not quite! I ended up balancing the trivet on top of the hob arms - where they sit a little high while supporting the pan or pot. Not an ideal solution, and you have to be careful not to upset it, but it works after a fashion. At least I don't get spilled milk with it. The trivet itself is quite well made. It feels solid and would work well with a thinner armed hob. It looks like it will last a long time. Worth checking first if you, like me, have a Bosch hob. I might just be unusual in having a very thick one. Pros: Nice sturdy make Feels solid Good for reducing the gap at the centre of your hob arms to accommodate small pans. Cons: Doesn't fit my Bosch hob
