Valerian root plus chamomile is a smooth and calming tea to be taken 30 minutes before your sleep schedule. It has a great taste and gives you a calming effect which helps in sleep cycle. The quantity is good enough to last for a month and the pricing is justified. Tea bag is amusing to look at and is non habit forming. Go for it for a calming nights sleep.

My mom loves this tea. Yeah I know weird way to start a review. But, it's true. She's 76 and loves this tea at night. It helps her fall asleep and the smell and flavor is very pleasant. So, that's the review. If you have a mom or wife or partner that is looking for a tea to help them de-stress and rest this might be a great option. Has a long steep time so just be aware. We add honey for a touch of sweetness.

Works great. Cup before bed and about 45 minutes late out like a light until morning. Doesn't taste the best, its bland but does the job.
