i'm 75 years old, physically active and exercising almost everyday - elliptical, pull ups, push ups, dips, etc.. When I travel and not exercising at all for 2 weeks, it would take me weeks to get back to where I was when I left. Prior to my last trip, I was taking this product, and when I returned, there was almost no catching up to do. I was amazed.
