Excellent phones
Excellent phones. I recently had full fibre installed and decided for new cordless phones. These are routed through my new hub and over the internet. Because my landline is now disconnected, I found it difficult to get confirmation what cordless phones would work over the internet, but these phones work fine. We also have our mobiles as a backup should the power fail. I charged the supplied batteries until full. I found the phones straight forward to set up. Love the function where I put entries in the address book and they show up on all four phones. Slightly larger display than my last Panasonic phones and the white window is clear. Didn't take long to understand how the menu is organised. We are up in years but we didn't find these phones difficult to use. The ringer is sufficient and voices are easy to understand, even though my wife says my hearing is not what it used to be. I haven't set up all the menu yet but only the things that we use immediately and will look further at the other functions later. Only time will tell how reliable these phones are, but our last two Panasonic phones lasted many years. This is why we went for Panasonic. Hope this helps anyone with the same circumstances. Sound quality: Good Why did you choose this product over others?: Compatible with Voip and reliability of previous Panasonic phones. Call blocking: Not reqired Cordless phone: These are very practicle Functionality: Excellent Features: Excellent Quality: First impressions are good. Time will tell.

Quality Feel
My original Trio Phones had a faulty Charger Cable and I returned the Phone to Amazon who refunded me. I like the feel and quality of the Phone and re-ordered a new Phone. The whole process only took two days and the New Phones have been very good and easy to setup thanks to an English worded detailed Instruction Manual. I would recommend this Phone System particularly from Amazon !

Excellent product - Panasonic KX-TGD322EB
We have been really pleased with these quality phones. After a lot of research we settled on these and have not been disappointed. They look really good, feel substantial, have decent sized, and clear, screen & keys, the sound quality through both the earpiece and the speaker is excellent - very clear and stable, plus they work throughout our house. I (at 60+) found them very easy to programme as regards ring sound, volume levels, quick numbers and the address book. It's impressive that after programming the address book on one phone it immediately 'cascades' through to the other ones. Note, however, that the 'quick/rapid dial' numbers you programme are unique to each handset. Also, you have to realise that in programming there are two 'soft keys', which are shown on the screen but relate to dynamic functionality of the 'on' and 'off' buttons immediately below. Once you've appreciated that then it's a doddle. So, I would highly recommend.

No good for Marmaduke!
Our old Panasonic 'phone (maybe over 20 years old) had given us good service but started sounding crackly so we decided to replace it. It was not fun looking for a new one - I think I counted a dozen similar twin-handset Panasonic 'phones on Amazon without much price differentiation. Panasonic must have some reason for making so many but why don't they publish a chart showing the benefits of one over another? Same comment about BT. As it happens we picked another Panasonic 'phone - KX-TGD322E. If I gave 5 stars it would suggest it is "The Best!" but as I can't tell if it is any better than the others I've given it 3 stars because it is not really much of an improvement over our 20+ year-old 'phone - it has more features (most of which we don't need and for which you need a 56-page manual), like an endless number of ringtones: from a ding-dong doorbell (not a good idea if you have a ding-dong doorbell) to a Viennese waltz, but you can only enter a 16 character name in the contacts book - no good if you know Marmaduke Featherstonehaugh! Why not a full 2 rows on the screen which would at least be 24 characters? And it lacks a really useful feature: the first message on the display says "Set Date and Time". After all these years of development, why can't it take the time from the signal that comes down the mains? Even my archaic radio does that! I don't need another device that has to be reset every time we go in or out of Summertime. You can allocate contacts to categories which can be named, and given different ringtones, but to call them you have to go through a complicated menu sequence and then have to scroll through them - so you might as well scroll through the whole list. Delivery was quick and the phone does work (based on just 1 call so far!) All in all the technology must have moved forward but I can't say the same for the people who do the programming! One more thing I'd like: put a little sleeve round the 'phone cable and the power cable for the answerphone base unit to make one less strand of spaghetti looping down from the desk. I spent quite a few minutes taping the cables together.

Pas pour la France ni l’Europe ! Les prises sont anglaises ! Sans adaptateurs !
Attention les prises de courant sont anglaises, sans adaptateur !!! Ce serait le minimum de le préciser ! Complètement inutile en Europe !
