YES. TWO OR MORE Devices CAN Use and CONTROL at the same time!
You do NOT have to have a paid Mubview service account to have more than 1 device, use and control this security doorbell at the same time. It took me almost a month to figure out how. I almost returned it, until I figured out the solution to the problem. Full instructions are below. You can easily share the device, via the app, but for some reason, I couldn't figure out how to share it. I tried inviting my husband by his email, but it wasn't working. He could sign into the app on his phone. But, when he did, it threw me out, and vice versa. I tried making his own mubview account, but that didn't work. I'm very good with computers and technology. My older husband is awful. I finally brought him into the 21st century, kicking and screaming, when his flip phone battery died for the umpteenth time, with no replacement (yup, you read right. That was 2018!). I had the wireless carrier fire up one of my older Note phones for him. So, he's up to the Note 9 now, only because I refuse to give up my Note 10+ (and he gripes to me every day, wanting that flip phone . It dawned on me why the sharing wasn't working just 2 days ago. I have very few apps on his phone, for obvious reasons. He doesn't know how to email or text (you read THAT right too!). I maintain an email account for him on my phone. No one in their right mind would text him. But, the Note 9 is also in my name. I've never even thought of opening a Samsung account in his name. Why would I? I had deleted the mubview account I had made in his name, in the mubview app, on his phone. First, I had to remake the account. Then, I made him a Samsung account on his phone, which identifies the phone with his email account. THAT was the missing element. I went into my app, clicked "share" put his email in, then sent it. When I signed into HIS mubview account on his phone, in the mubview app, the invitation was there. All I had to do was accept it for him. 99.9% of you won't have the problem that I had, assuming your spouse is at least minimally computer literate. My husband, who's 24 years older, ain't gonna learn computers at 86 years of age, especially since he has his own tech troubleshooter right there to help him! But now he can look at what's happening live on the front porch and street, without kicking me out of the app. To cap it off, this is how you get more than one device to work with all aspects of the doorbell: 1. Download the mubview app. 2. Using their email address, make a NEW ACCOUNT on the mubview app, on their phone. 3. Make sure that whomever has the phone, has an account with the phone manufacturer (in this case, it's Samsung). 4. Go into the mubview app on your phone and invite the person, using their email address. 5. The person with whom you've invited, must sign into their mubview app (on their phone) to accept. This will be under SETTINGS --> DEVICE SHARE. They need to ACCEPT. All involved now have full access and control, AT THE SAME TIME! As far as the functionality of the doorbell system, we can't be happier. I cannot think of a single thing I would change. When someone rings the bell, both of our phones ring like doorbells. You answer with your phone and talk to whomever is out there. It's really cool. You can change the viewing/security area in the app, and control sensitivity. The view is sharp, even across the street. The view is black/white near infrared, at night, but we have motion lights on the porch. The image goes to color when they're activated. I've had the doorbell installed for a month and it doesn't need recharging yet. I turned down the sensitivity, because it was alarming (to the phone) when the school buses were picking up and dropping off kids. It's been good at differentiating humans, but we have a pair of Robins with babies on the front porch. Although I've blocked out the nest, if one flies in front of the camera, we get an alert. The doorbell hardware is well thought out. You must install it (if using screws) from the inside of the box. The box locks into place. They give you a "key" which must be used to push in the release. The release is out of view, under the device. You can go into the app for live viewing, talk to anyone 2 ways usIng the intercom, set off an alarm, take a screen shot, or video, right from the app. Mubview even provided a 32gb mini SD card for recording. I think Mubview thought of everything and then some.

J9 Wireless Doorbell Camera
I purchased the J9 wireless doorbell camera after using the J7 for many months. I had such a great experience with my initial purchase, that I wanted to try more products. I have now been using my J9 wireless doorbell camera for many months and it does not disappoint. It has excellent features. The app is easy to install and easy to use. The picture quality is excellent. The alerts are lightning fast, and the battery lasts over a month before it needs to be recharged. I have moved this camera around my property just to see how it would perform in different locations. I currently have it facing my house from the backyard. I can see my entire property clear as day without any Wi-Fi interruption. I like to test the products in different locations with different app selections before I make my final decision on how I will leave the configuration. Like the J7 the J9 has exceeded my expectations during every single test I have performed. Not to mention the fact that there’s no monthly subscription the price was outstanding and when I emailed Customer Service with some questions they promptly responded. Since purchasing my two doorbells, I also purchased two wired cameras that are also outstanding. As I write this review, I am waiting for my third doorbell camera to arrive. I would highly recommend these products they have all been excellent.

No subscription to view affordable Door Camera
Great, affordable doorbell camera. It's doesn’t have as wide of field view as my previous door camera only con. It does what it should do and the battery last pretty long. Its free to view unlike my previous camera that suddenly wanted to charge a subscription. Easy mounting Slight delay in responsiveness. Image appearance is clear

Great doorbell camera... just ordered two more Mubview security cameras
OK - this is a nice doorbell camera (J9) and the first security camera I have owned. So, with that said, I would buy again and, in fact, just ordered two more (indoor and outdoor security cameras). Just installed the unit and it has been running outside in 25-degree weather for 3 days/50 alerts with no hiccups and battery still at 93%. Very nice app with a BUNCH of options. I have the camera mounted at 5ft to view the approaching person but at that height I can't see packages left on porch. I ordered an adjustable bracket for that as Mubview says that will resolve the issue. So, here's my pros/cons. Pros: 1. Mubview app loaded on phone (a Moto G stylus 5g 2022) just fine 2. VERY easy to install camera in app - just follow the instructions. (I love this app - MANY options) 3. Easy to physically install. Screws that came with camera are not strong and tend to break so use different screws if possible. Easy to pair indoor chime with unit. 4. You must explore the app because it has so MANY options. 5. You can customize almost all aspects of monitoring. Range of monitoring/sensitivity can be set to ignore motions you aren't concerned about (I set the monitor range to ignore people on the sidewalk). Type of object monitoring - example, monitor humans only setting. Time frames for monitoring (ex: monitor 8AM to 9PM). And so much more. 6. Good day and night vision 7. The app can manage multiple cameras 8. Good alerts and easy to access on app - I haven't tried the voice/mic option but will update when I do. 9. SD mem card slot to locally store images and videos. I'm not using the cloud storage option so can't comment on that. 10. Motion alerts are instantaneous - still experimenting with the doorbell answering mode, will update. 11. You can view a live stream of the doorbell's view etc. On power saver the alerts run. I believe, for 15 seconds, longer if power saver option is turned off. Very good picture. 12. Many more options I'm still exploring. Cons: 1. The camera angle (mentioned above) when mounted and ordered angle bracket to hopefully fix. 2. My camera faces a very bright front lawn/street, so the faces of visitors close to the camera (3-4 ft) are a little dark but still recognizable. Maybe a setting I missed. Overall, a GREAT doorbell camera. I ordered two more. I'll update pros and cons as I use the cameras.

No better than all the other "junk" systems sold at "reasonable" prices
Bought two. One is on the way back to Amazon. The ONLY reason I kept the other one is that I had already mounted it on our main service door as it functions well as a doorbell that alerts our phones. As a security camera, it is a total bust. It does not connect immediately to the phone. And, YES, it is right next to the WiFi router with a full 100mbs signal! It takes too long to start recording and the image itself is NOT in real time -- it is also delayed by at least 10 seconds. It is VERY difficult to find and watch the recorded clips. VERY POOR app. I was really hoping this would have worked as you actually answer the phone when called. THAT is truly a real plus. Nice people. Clear English. US based. I had hoped it would have worked as I would have bought a full surveillance system from you and one for another elderly friend that lives alone. Your advertising is false. I suspect the 4 star ratings are mostly false also. The one stars are all on point with my experience. A security system that cannot connect to the phone immediately and show the action in real time ( yours does not. As stated there is at least a minimum of a 10 second delay AFTER a 30+ second delay waiting for it to even connect) is worthless. Sorry, not sorry. Your product is no better than all the other competitive junk being sold at "reasonable" prices.

Good quality for the price
Update 5/22/23: battery life is great easy to take off from mount to charge. Motion sensor not always the best, have had deliveries that haven’t set off the sensor. The ring doorbell doesn’t immediately go through to the phone. I only get alerts for phone calls if the sensor is set off and I’m on the app. Which takes a bit of time to alert me. I thought this would immediately come through as a call when the door bell is pressed. Original review : Satisfied with the product. Easy to set up, definitely liked the fact that it didn’t require any kind of subscription for storage. For the price video and audio quality aren’t awful. I was hesitant about the adhesive strips it came with but are holding really well, they just seamed so little. I’m still not content with the positioning I chose for the camera so I haven’t attempted to remove it until I find some type of mount, unsure if the adhesive will rip off any paint at time of removal. I wish this company made a mount that has more options for rotation only found one that rotates horizontally, not sure if I can mount the camera vertically but could use something to give it more of a decline angle for placement.

Very Nice Doorbell Cam - Week Free Video!
I wanted to put a doorbell on the outside door for my garage. I don't know why it is but people will stand out there and knock. I usually don't hear them but I do get a notification from another Mubview outside cam that I have. That's okay, but a doorbell is better. So I choose Mubview because I already have 4 other Cams. They work good and I don't have to purchase the service if I don't want it. So I didn't. But with this Doorbell Cam, you get free storage for 7 days before the video is deleted. Wow, that's awesome because you should know within 7 days if anything "untoward" happened. Another thing I like about the setup where I put the doorbell cam is that it gives me a great view of the front of my RV garage...sweet! There are two things that I didn't like though and I realize they are minor. But the instructions for pairing the doorbell cam are do small, that I couldn't read them. Mubview has nice instructions, but they need to realize that some of their customers are over 60 years old, lol. Another issue was with using the mounting tape that comes included. Normally I supply my own 3M double sided tape, but this time I couldn't remember where I put the toll, damn. So I used the included tape. The white side came off easily, but getting the red side off was a nightmare that took me 15 minutes. Other than the two very minor issues listed above, this is a great cam at a great price. The doorbell function works very well and is loud enough to be heard. You can grab your phone and talk to whoever pushes the button. I also setup motion detection which I'll use a lot because this is the door where all my package are placed. I recommend this doorbell cam, it works great for what it's meant to do.

Excellent value — just be aware of the battery life
really love this doorbell camera — especially for the price. The picture quality is sharp, motion detection works well, and I get instant alerts on my phone. I can speak to visitors and see everything clearly through the app. Setup was quick, and there are no extra subscription fees — a huge bonus. The only downside is the battery life. It lasts around 10 days, which is fine for regular use, but not ideal if you’re planning to be away for a longer trip, like two weeks, as it may run out while you’re gone. Still, it’s a great piece of kit that brings peace of mind and fantastic value — just plan around the battery cycle.

Easy to Set Up & Reliable
Was looking for a video doorbell and this exceeded all my expectations. Found it very easy to set up and sync to my phone and it's chime. Video quality is very clear even during the night. I also like that you have the option of just putting in a sd card to store clips, you don't need to keep paying for service.Overall one of the best items I've taken a chance on and if you're hesitant on buying it, just do it, it's worth every dollar.

Easy setup and super convenient features
This wireless doorbell camera has been such a great addition to our home. Installation and setup were incredibly easy, everything was up and running in no time without any hassle. The video quality is excellent, clear enough to easily see who’s at the door, and the app works really well. One of my favourite features is the instant alerts whenever someone rings the doorbell, it notifies my phone straight away and can even be answered like a phone call, which is so convenient. It adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind, especially when I’m not home.

Best video doorbell I’ve used to date!
I really like this video doorbell. But I only have 4 stars because the battery doesn’t last as long as I had hoped. But that’s the nature of electronics. And I do not believe the battery life is the “fault” of the seller. Batteries are always a bit of a lottery. I do like that I can charge it while it’s in its housing or I can pop it out and bring it in to recharge. I’ve tried it without the cloud subscription which allows for 6 seconds of video and will delete video after about a month. I recently purchased the 1 year cloud subscription which allows for up to 30 seconds of video recording. I also like that both my husband and I can answer the video ring from our devices. It comes with a little speaker box so you can hear the doorbell anywhere in our home (we have an apartment, so we just have one floor to our home). It has some great features like you can manually record for an unlimited amount of time. You can also add an SD card to increase its storage. I would highly recommend this doorbell camera! Even with my battery concerns, I would definitely buy this again.

A great camera doorbell
I’ve had this for a couple of years now and it still works well to let me know when someone is at the door no matter where I am in the world.
