I love this camera but I recently needed to replace it. The battery was dying every 2-3 days. I reached out to the company regarding a replacement and they made the process very easy. everyone was attentive, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. My camera was replaced quickly and with absolute ease, and the level of customer service I received truly stood out. It’s rare to find a team that’s both efficient and genuinely cares about helping you—highly recommend! The app is very simple and with the subscription it’s easy to see all videos and download them if needed. The camera itself is good quality with clear picture and sound. Makes it easy to talk to and see visitors. I highly recommend anyone on the fence about this product, I’ve had it for years and no complaints.

I wanted to put a doorbell on the outside door for my garage. I don't know why it is but people will stand out there and knock. I usually don't hear them but I do get a notification from another Mubview outside cam that I have. That's okay, but a doorbell is better. So I choose Mubview because I already have 4 other Cams. They work good and I don't have to purchase the service if I don't want it. So I didn't. But with this Doorbell Cam, you get free storage for 7 days before the video is deleted. Wow, that's awesome because you should know within 7 days if anything "untoward" happened. Another thing I like about the setup where I put the doorbell cam is that it gives me a great view of the front of my RV garage...sweet! There are two things that I didn't like though and I realize they are minor. But the instructions for pairing the doorbell cam are do small, that I couldn't read them. Mubview has nice instructions, but they need to realize that some of their customers are over 60 years old, lol. Another issue was with using the mounting tape that comes included. Normally I supply my own 3M double sided tape, but this time I couldn't remember where I put the toll, damn. So I used the included tape. The white side came off easily, but getting the red side off was a nightmare that took me 15 minutes. Other than the two very minor issues listed above, this is a great cam at a great price. The doorbell function works very well and is loud enough to be heard. You can grab your phone and talk to whoever pushes the button. I also setup motion detection which I'll use a lot because this is the door where all my package are placed. I recommend this doorbell cam, it works great for what it's meant to do.

I really love the **MUBVIEW Wireless Doorbell Camera**! The video quality is clear, the setup was easy, and the included chime is a nice touch. Plus, I appreciate that there's no need for a subscription to access its features. It’s been reliable in providing alerts and monitoring my front door, and I feel more secure knowing I can check who’s at my door anytime. However, the one downside is the battery life. I was expecting it to last longer, but I find myself needing to recharge it every 30 days, which can be a bit inconvenient. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I wish the battery lasted a bit longer or had a quicker charging option. Overall, it’s a solid doorbell camera with good features, just be prepared to keep an eye on the battery level!

I had this doorbell for 2years and purchased my sister 1 last year. I LOVE IT!!! I would say that the doorbell chime went out after a year and started rusting. The camera is great and I love the no monthly fees. GREAT STORAGE. only con is if someone walks pass, it alerts me 10-20seconds later. It use to alert me instantly but I guess years in the cold rain and wind, kind of slowed down. But its a great product

Field of view is straight garbage. How are you gonna make a newer model of doorbell cameras and make the fish lense worse than the older model?! If I would’ve known the lense was gonna be tighter instead of wider I would have bought the older model again. Who does that!? Why on earth would you think “hey the customer can see more to the left and right let’s make it so they can’t now for a new model!” That is absolutely senseless. I used to see my whole porch, now I can only see the top of the railing barely… Now before you think I moved my camera to a different spot, I didn’t… I installed my new camera exactly where the old camera was. That’s how I was easily able to tell. Old camera saw a wider view, new camera less. Absolutely ridiculous.

Update after 10 weeks use: I was contacted by the seller/manufacturer based on the review below. They kindly offered assistance which did not solve my performance issues with the device. Then they generously offered to refund my purchase and asked for me to update this review. I am impressed that they actually seem to care about the customers so their customer support gets a big thumbs up and is appreciated. However, I think that the product still has some shortcomings and I hope their engineering team is working to improve based on feedback given. Thanks Mubview. I am currently looking at other options to replace this doorbell - and I may just go back to a standard doorbell. Too many of the competing solutions require a subscription which I don't like. I am maintaining the 3 star because I am rating the product, although I do think their customer support is a 5 star. Update after 6 weeks use: Still working - I am a bit disappointed with the battery life - of course depending on how many people come to the door but it looks like I’ll have to recharge a couple times a month. The responsiveness is not always great with motion sensing - you tend to get the back of the person walking away. Also you cannot see to the floor with the angle of the lense. I guess another camera up on ceiling would show the packages if any. Motion detection sensitivity seems to vary. Maintaining the 3 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got 2 of these ... they seem to work ok so far. I did have to create a little mounting bracket to angle the bell to get the right picture / view I needed. Made a little 3Dprinted bracket for this that worked great. Pros: - Price - Easy installation - wireless + rechargeable batteries. - Seems to work pretty well so far. Cons: - Camera activation lags a bit ... sometimes captures the back of the person leaving the porch. - Motion sensing is a bit finicky - still playing with settings. - Battery life (ie. time between recharges) has to be monitored (would be nice to have auto notification of battery low) ... it really depends on how much traffic you get on it and whether you have motion sensing on. - Instructions and software a bit clunky / lacking. It works but its not quite as well designed as other apps I have used. - Limited mounting adjustability (Height only - not angle ie. pitch/yaw). Hope these last a while - Will update if I have more specifics on battery life/recharge frequency.

I recently purchased this doorbell camera and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The installation process was very easy and the app is extremely user-friendly. I was able to set up the camera and link it to my phone within just a few minutes. The video quality of the camera is truly impressive. It is crystal clear, even at night thanks to the built-in night vision. I can see every detail, from the expressions on people's faces to the color of their clothing. It sends me a notification every time someone rings the bell or motion is detected, which has already helped me catch a couple of packages being delivered to my doorstep. It's a great added layer of security for my home. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of this doorbell camera. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of video quality and convenience. I purchased the J9 wireless doorbell camera after using the J7 for many months. I had such a great experience with my initial purchase, that I wanted to try more products. I have now been using my J9 wireless doorbell camera for many months and it does not disappoint. It has excellent features. The app is easy to install and easy to use. The picture quality is excellent. The alerts are lightning fast, and the battery lasts over a month before it needs to be recharged. I have moved this camera around my property just to see how it would perform in different locations. I currently have it facing my house from the backyard. I can see my entire property clear as day without any Wi-Fi interruption. I like to test the products in different locations with different app selections before I make my final decision on how I will leave the configuration. Like the J7 the J9 has exceeded my expectations during every single test I have performed. Not to mention the fact that there’s no monthly subscription the price was outstanding and when I emailed Customer Service with some questions they promptly responded. Since purchasing my two doorbells, I also purchased two wired cameras that are also outstanding. As I write this review, I am waiting for my third doorbell camera to arrive. I would highly recommend these products they have all been excellent.

Works great and stores video free as well as live view. You can add it to multiple phones for alerts and viewing, very simple. It's been a year and battery life has gone from 2 weeks to 3-4 days after 9 months. The real issue is it no longer connects to the wifi. It randomly disconnected and now does not connect after multiple resets and attempts to connect. It was great while it lasted, looking for a replacement

really love this doorbell camera — especially for the price. The picture quality is sharp, motion detection works well, and I get instant alerts on my phone. I can speak to visitors and see everything clearly through the app. Setup was quick, and there are no extra subscription fees — a huge bonus. The only downside is the battery life. It lasts around 10 days, which is fine for regular use, but not ideal if you’re planning to be away for a longer trip, like two weeks, as it may run out while you’re gone. Still, it’s a great piece of kit that brings peace of mind and fantastic value — just plan around the battery cycle.

I have purchased multiple wireless front door cameras and this is by FAR the best one I have used. It is easy to set up, has a long battery life, works well as intended and doesnt require a subscription to use. The biggest negative is the door chimer because it runs on AAA batteries intead of being able to be plugged into the wall. There was an occasion where i missed the front door because it ran out of batteries. However other than that, the camera is a solid 10/10.

I really like this video doorbell. But I only have 4 stars because the battery doesn’t last as long as I had hoped. But that’s the nature of electronics. And I do not believe the battery life is the “fault” of the seller. Batteries are always a bit of a lottery. I do like that I can charge it while it’s in its housing or I can pop it out and bring it in to recharge. I’ve tried it without the cloud subscription which allows for 6 seconds of video and will delete video after about a month. I recently purchased the 1 year cloud subscription which allows for up to 30 seconds of video recording. I also like that both my husband and I can answer the video ring from our devices. It comes with a little speaker box so you can hear the doorbell anywhere in our home (we have an apartment, so we just have one floor to our home). It has some great features like you can manually record for an unlimited amount of time. You can also add an SD card to increase its storage. I would highly recommend this doorbell camera! Even with my battery concerns, I would definitely buy this again.

This wireless doorbell camera has been such a great addition to our home. Installation and setup were incredibly easy, everything was up and running in no time without any hassle. The video quality is excellent, clear enough to easily see who’s at the door, and the app works really well. One of my favourite features is the instant alerts whenever someone rings the doorbell, it notifies my phone straight away and can even be answered like a phone call, which is so convenient. It adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind, especially when I’m not home.
