Neat
Neat little toothbrush, you have to keep finger on button whilst brushing, a bit annoying!

Bad move and poor quality product.
Toothbrush was bought for someone with sensory issues who struggles with bristles. It seemed like a good idea. It worked for all of 2 days and then the button no longer worked to turn it on. I contacted the company for a replacement or refund and they wouldn’t give me either. They said the brush was an “entry” level brush and not eligible for either. I had to go through amazon for a refund as I expected a product to be more use than 2 days. The company was useless and helpless and therefore I would never even consider buy one of their brushes every again. Has they been helpful and we could have tested and used it properly, then I would have been happy to promote within the sensory community, but £40 for a toothbrush to work for all of 2 days and then expect a customer to just suck it up is ridicuolous. I am sure that the idea of the product would be great, but I shouldn’t have to pay a silly amount for one of their “better” brushes to get good customer services. If this can happen with their product I doubt paying more would have resulted in a product working better as the componets are for the most part the same. Never again using this company.

Overall so so
I like it but it has few downs for me.1. it is a NIGHTMARE to get it out of its box2. The cap that holds the cells in broke very easily and now i have to keep it pushed with my hand if I want it to brush my teeth.

Not worth it
It's cute and chic but broken after three months. Replaced batteries and still not working. In comparison, the electrical toothbrush I brought from supermarket is more sturdy...

Hmmm
Are the bristles supposed to fall out on first go??Not sure this product cleans my mouth very well...

It looks well designed but surely great design can give us great appearance
Silicone doesn't biodegrade so it's £40 for 6 months usage then landfill for much longer. It looks well designed but surely great design can give us great appearance, functionality and recognise the entire lifecycle of a product.
