Perfect for the hobbyist and model maker
Well made little sander. Perfect for the hobbyist and model maker. The various sanding heads make it useful for any small projects and it is very comfortable in use and lightweight too. This would be perfect for children to use and the low voltage means it will be much safer than the usual mains powered sanders.Very pleased with this product and also the service from the supplier.Highly recommended.

Sander for Small Places
Well built, powerful sander that's easy to hold and use. You'll need a power supply and I use a car battery rather than the official one. You only get a few sanding pads - but you can make your own by applying double-sided tape to your favourite sandpaper. The beauty is that you get get to places that no other sander can - but this is strictly for wooden models - not for sanding your skirting board!

Excellent addition to the tool kit.
I'd often wondered about if anyone made a miniature sander which I felt would be very useful. I found out about the sander from reading a blog on a modelers site and after some research found I could order it from Amazon, which I did, along with the power supply. I've found it to be a most useful tool to finish off those awkward to reach places on models. The only down side is that you have to use the manufacturers power supply as the connector on the sander (and their other tools) is designed to fit their power supply only but on the plus side it does have a variable speed dial.

WORKS WITH A PROXXON TRANSFORMER ONLY *****EXPENSIVE*****
Has a plug the like of which I have never seen before. Needs a transformer that will accommodate this weird plug and surprise surprise the only one I can find is a Proxxon one at nearly twice the price of the tool. Nothing mentioned in the description about this so is a bit of a con tbh. Unless you are clever with electronic s and can jerry rig and existing adaptor you will need to shell out loads more for a transformer bringing the total to near 100 quid which it sure is not worth the money.

Great product for DIY
Perfect kit for handcrafts works and DIY. Works well with the power supply I've got before from the same brand to control the speed.

Pretty gentle stuff
Well, It gently purrs. In fact, a bit like a cat's lick overall. I'd hoped it would be a bit more grr...
