Excellent product. I take 3 a day as it really helps my bones.

I had been having unpleasant digestive issues with large doses of calcium that look like horse pills. I found these and they are small and , thankfully, coated so they are easy to swallow. My belly issues are gone and I am in my second week of taking these. So happy to have found them. A friend of mine who takes them said they helped her turn her osteoporosis down to osteopenia!!

Good quality they don’t give you bad tastes or belly burps with bad taste they seem to be a good quality supplement.

This product is not new to me. I have been using it for years. My fingernails had started to almost crumble a little at the tips and they broke way to easily. I used to be able to use my fingernails as vice grips before this. I knew low calcium was most of the problem and I did some research and found that magnesium and zinc were part of the whole process and that most people are deficient in all three. I took the suggested amount and my nails toughed right up again. No more crumbles. No ripped nails or hung nails. Yeah. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
