Are these dishwasher safe?

I washed mine in the dishwasher once and they didn’t melt or anything but it didn’t get the inside corners of the valve clean, so there would be milk build up there. Ended up figuring out a nipple brush was the only think that could get in those tight corners.

Is this compatible with the Ameda Finese?

I don’t know. They fit my Spectra.

Is this compatabke with madela manual pump

These work for my medela pump in style, so maybe.

how long do they need to be replaced?

I used mine for about 7 months before I had to replace it. They send you more than enough. However I only pumped at work about 3-4 times per day.
