Easy to fit and cost effective for a trailer
I bought this after snapping the breakaway cable on my Ifor 510 horse trailer. I purchased from Amazon, it was delivered quickly, and it was super easy to install. One year later it is still going strong. It was delivered quickly, and I am super happy that I found it on amazon, and didn't have to go searching around the caravan stores to find one. Thanks for saving me time & money :)

Ideal spare, great to keep for those wee emergencys either with your own trailer or others. Ideal as no messing about to fit it. Goes on quickly and does the same job. After all when you inspect your cable is often when hitching up to go a trip.

Just what I needed, easy to fit and exactly what was advertised by the seller.

Great product
Our first one opened up and came away from the tow bracket eyelet without operating the hand break so we were fortunate to be travelling at less than walking pace and no damage done. This replacement appears much stronger with carrabina type connections to ensure everything stays hooked up. Hopefully will never need to prove this theory in the future but it looks reassuringly robust.

lo uso per trainare la mia roulotte. ho avuto modo di testarlo a pieno quando, preso dalla fretta di sistemare per la notte, ho dimenticato di sganciarlo e sono partito con la macchina: freno a mano tirato correttamente, cavetto tranciato correttamente. E' altresì un pò lungo per quanto riguarda la mia accoppiata macchina / roulotte comunque consigliato.

3 stelle per le impressioni a vista. Se mi succederà di testarlo cambierò ventualmente giudizio. Il cavo compreso i moschettoni ha una lunghezza di 1 metro. Il diametro del cavo è 2/3 mm e non è visibile lo spessore della guaina. Non escludo che sia tutta plastica. Non ci sono indicazioni di portata e carico di rottura né del cavo né dei moschettoni. Da breve ricerca online non ho trovato specifiche tecniche. Non sembra avere un carico di rottura elevato. Spero di sbagliarmi, ma si piega come un cavo per stendere i panni. Dall'altra recensione non si capisce se quando è partito con la macchina il cavo si è spezzato (tranciato) o se ha tenuto. Lo ricomprerei? No
