what is the size of rubber seal? the one on our flush valve is 62mm, if this seal is bigger than ours, is it going work?

The seal is a standard size,it was 5mm bigger than the one I replaced,as long as the clip is the same as yours it’ll be fine,mine works perfectly fine,I think the seals shrink over time that’s why the new ones always seem much bigger.hope my answer helps .

Please could you confirm that this seal uses the improved, white material?

I can confirm that the valve seal is made of a nylon type material which is in my opinion better than the old rubber type that was perished and leaking. I feel that it should last longer and be more durable but only time will till.
