I used the kit to replace the display assembly on a MacBook Air A1369. I found the pentalobe tool strong and reliable. The kit has full-size tools, not toy screwdrivers made out of soft metal as you find elsewhere. It does not include a Torx T8 which was required for the job, however I already had that in my toolbox so it wasn’t an issue. I did not try the magnetising block. I used the brush to remove dust and it seems to do a good job. The kit comes in a convenient transparent pouch.

Plastic tools could be smaller. Haven't found a use for the magnet. Screwdrivers were ok but didn't last, ended up paying a lot more for better ones. You can use them to open your computer a few times but don't expect them to last. You get what you pay for hence 4 stars.

Great solid kit and exactly hat I needed to repair my 2017/18 MacBook Pro screen. Great sturdy build, easy and comfortable to use. Fit the screws perfectly with no ‘jumping’ out so no rounding of the heads. A damn good buy and saved me a fortune from going through Apple repair!

I bought this screwdriver set to remove the base from my 2012 MacBook Pro, upgrade the memory and add an SSD; they're perfectly up to the job and ideal for the task. Sure, they might not be up to every job that needs a screwdriver but for a light bit of work on an ageing laptop, they offer great value. They feel pretty well-built and are comfortable in the hand. They might not last a lifetime but I don't need them to!

I wish I had purchased these ages ago. Got through many cheap ones that come with the screws, they have only ever been good for one time use and always knackered the screws. This set however was a dream to work with, I had to drill my previous screws out, and putting new screws in with these tools was really easy, my Macbook base is back on perfect, the screws are still perfect and the tool ends are still perfect. Highly recommend these.

This kit comes with the tools you need to open your MacBook and understand what's going on underneath the case - allowing you to conduct your own repairs (if you can).

Liked the range of sizes provided which seem to be useful for most devices. However the small rubber rings on the handles occasionally get dislodged by the rotation and may in fact fall out. Some instructions for the yellow plastic tool would be useful.
