Perfect
Perfect doll. I unboxed her and she lives on my shelf. Truly one of the best dolls I've ever owned. Detail and quality are amazing.

Poor packaging by Amazon, item crushed.
Love the doll just another crushed box owing to Amazon packaging.

Perfect doll
Well the doll had one broken hand, plus the ball joint in the leg kept disappearing when I moved the leg. So luckily I had a spare body that matched Violet Willow’s head, and I had a spare hand (Priscilla Perez) for the hand that was broken. Disappointing that the bag wasn’t with the doll.

Who let this pass quality control?
They have attached her hat right near her eye brow. So when I took the hat off - I was left with a big hole in her head. Manufacturers fault but still.. not happy.

Box very damaged. Sent in bag not box
I paid a lot for this doll and was very disappointed it was just sent in a satchel. Other dolls ordered off Amazon always came in a box. The box is all squashed and damaged. I like to keep my dolls in box so it's very disappointing. The doll itself is beautiful.
