Works out doors aswell been in the rain snow anything and everything and it still works fine

I struggle to take it out from my laptops

Depending on your laptop, make sure the black sleeve is over the blue connector. Before removing, make sure you depress this fully before pulling the cable free. Other than that check the pins inside the laptop connector and make sure that none are misshapen.
