Really does the job of filling but it does require a lot of care and skill (and therefore practice) to ensure it looks professional. There are instructions online if you search. It takes laminate paint to ensure a match if you are using it to repair kitchen cabinets as I was (saving many thousands in the process).

This was ideal for a couple of small chips on the kitchen work surface. It did not last on a bit which was about the area of a lady’s small finger nail.

I had installed a evo design kitchen in my campervan and I chipped one of the panels with a screw leaving a small hole. I decided to use this kit to see if it would cover the hole before hiding it with floor lights or something similar. After 5 mins work the hole was covered and it is not noticeable at all. This was on a vertical surface that won't be touched so ideal for my purpose. Excellent item and price and superfast delivery again by Amazon

Useful for small repairs only

Easy to use, just rub the wax stick over the chip/hole until it fills it up. Remove an excess with the provided plastic stick and make sure it's the correct shade. Great product.

Really good, worked well once you get the hang of it. Need to work it quickly while it’s still malleable and in a putty state.

I returned this set because it was rubbish on my laminate worktop counter

Having accidentally chipped my kitchen worktop with a knife whilst chopping, I had a quick look online and came across this product. Once it was delivered the next day, I got to work on trying to match the right colour to my worktop. It was a bit fiddly trying to get it to actually "stick" into the chip, but after heating up the product slightly and using my finger to push it into the chip I used the scraper that was provided and worked the product in til it was smooth. It has worked a treat in filling/covering up the chip (see before and after picture) but it is slightly sticky as the product is soft wax. I'm hoping it won't be disturbed when wiping down the worktop, but only time will tell, hence the 4 stars.
