To my amazement whilst I was sampling Baobab powder (3 generous teaspoons with around 400ml of water) it actually tasted amazing! It’s sweet and tangy taste is thanks to its high levels of citric, malic and tartaric acids. In fact this super-fruit is around 50% fibre, of which 75% is soluble fibre – it is this fibre that dissolves in water to form a viscous gel-like substance. Good value and a great daily supplement.

I had never heard of Boabab poweder, but I have been altering my diet lately and this was an ingredient in a recipe . I nearly overlooked it but so glad I don’t ! This has such a nice , perky sherbet like taste , it’s the nicest supplement and health food I have tasted . After weeks of drinking stuff that looked and tasted like mud this hasn’t been a real revelation . It comes in a resealable pack and I bought from Sevenhills as I believe they are an ethical company who take care of their products . I had and a few products before from them and been very happy . It turns out this powder is super versatile and I’m adding it to everything .its very fine so mixes really easily , no clumping at all . I put it in my kale and greens smoothie and boom it really perked it up . Works the same with any smoothie, it’s meant to regulate sugar absorption so perfect for adding to fruits . I have added it to making some raw cakes and truffle with great results . It’s meant to be great added to bread mixes, and can be added to soups etc. I would highly recommend buying , at first it seems really dear but even a teaspoon makes a great difference . Health wise I can’t comment on the benefits at the moment , as it’s early days but will report back . But initially I feel good taking it and that’s a bonus .

Great quality product and good value when compared to other brands and quantities. It’s a shame the company has switched to using plastic packaging though.

The product has great quality, it has a a great package and it also tastes delicious. If it is your first time using baoba in your porridge or cooking, I advise you to start with a small spoon and increase with time, after you get used to the taste. When I first starting using it, I found the taste strange, so I used a small spoon of it. But now I am so used to the taste that I really like it and cannot imagine my porridge without it.

Worth the money the sevenhills wholefoods organic baobab is very healthy for our inside no mixture with chemical products is just pure baobab and i will recommend it to family and friends

Hace poco empecé a consumir Baobab en polvo, y la verdad es que ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Además de los múltiples beneficios a la salud, tiene un sabor cítrico muy agradable. Un buen producto apto para veganos. Recomendable 100%!!!

Aunque me gustaría que incluyera una cuchara medidora, no es un gran problema ya que es fácil de medir con una cuchara normal. Hace años había más problemas con el cierre de los envases de las bolsas que cuando llevabas un tiempo de abre y cierra algunas veces fallaban pero eso ya lo han solucionado o por lo menos nosotros en la familia no hemos tenido más inconvenientes con ello. Poudre très fine facile d'utilisation dans une boisson en complément d'un jus ou tout seul dans de l'eau gazeuse ou de l'eau plate... lui donne un petit goût citronné fort agréable... grandes vertus en dehors de sa grande contenance de vitamine C.. Je n'utilise même dans des salades de fruits ou sur un plat de poisson.... en fait où on veut du moment qu'on recherche un petit goût citronné
