I've never bleed my brakes before. Will 125ml enough to do both brakes?

Hi there. Before bleeding your brakes i'd recommend "Burping" your brakes. It's a quicker way to help make your brakes feel better and more responsive. For burping i'd recommend just a single bottle of 125ml as that is more than enough. Search on YouTube "How to burp a brake for Bicycles". If you would like to bleed your whole system I'd recommend getting 2 bottles of this product just incase of spillage and for a peace of mind. Alternatively if you want you could purchase a bigger workshop bottle of other brands mineral oil if this is something you would do regularly. I hope this helps :)

Is this oils good for shimano breaks?

Is this able to bleed "zoom" systems?

Brake mineral oil works with all mineral oil brake systems. Never heard of zoom brakes bit if you look in your manual for your brakes it should tell you what oil you need.
