I've tried lots of preworkout powders and I like this. Taste: I got the strawberry flavour, it tastes like cheap strawberry sweets with a slightly chemical taste but it's not unpleasant. Pretty subjective, but I like the taste and it smells awesome. Ingredients: I can't comment on the quality of the ingredients without lab equipment or getting it tested but the reported ingredients are decent, pretty simple but it's got the key stuff and in good ratios. Effects: The dose on the tub is pretty strong. Really energising, definitely wakes you up and helps you get a really solid and full pump. I have a decent caffeine tolerance so it's great for me but it could be uncomfortable if you're more sensitive to caffeine. It's worth noting that you're not supposed to exceed 400mg of caffeine a day so the dose of 300mg is pretty crazy. You might want to use a half scoop at first unless you're used to lots of coffee or energy drinks.

It tastes awful, but does it do it's job? Yes!! If you want something nice to drink then get a can of dr pepper, this is meant to be knocked back for energy. Also it's not required every single workout, just when your either low on motivation or going for an intense drawn out workout.

The product is great and gives good energy for a while but the body starts to get used to it and the effects wear off over time the more you use it, although they are noticeable again after periods of not using the product.

I was attracted to it because of the price which comparatively is reasonably low. Smell: I went for the strawberry which smells like a pack of skittles. Very nice Taste: that's where the comparison ends unfortunately. Very little strawberry flavour and a strong chemical pre and after taste. You do get used to this very quickly and becomes tolerable as long as you shot it back. Stimulation: good balance of you standard stimulants with very little post "pre-workout crash" and no savage face melting itch from too much beta alanine. I have a good tolerance for caffeine however so test as you go. Gut destress: a lot of pre workouts usually play havoc with mine and many people I know stomach. Being cheaper I expected the same but surprisingly mild mild on that front. Over all good value with a good outcome as long as you shot it not sip it.

Bought this as interested by its price and reviews. Perhaps I got the wrong batch, the powder is undrinkable with water, extremely bitter. I’m afraid I need to trash it and go back to my usual pre-workout.

I bought this originally because I don't like coffee and wanting to reduce my energy drink consumption. Plus I wanted a boost in my workouts which I felt was lacking. I'm now going into my third month of using this (strawberry flavour) and I love it. This is the only pre-workout I've used so everything I know about them is from reviews and memes. That said, I definitely noticed a boost. Much more energy in the gym and throughout the day, after drinking it at ~8am. Pros: I love the taste. Mixes well with water. Gradual energy boost that lasts all day. Cons: Face tingles and temporary increased need for the toilet. Both resolved by increasing the water ratio (300ml+) and keeping pre-workout amount under 10g. Overall, I'm delighted. I've never tried any other pre-workout but don't see a need to with this. After first use I had a noticibly better session in the gym but since then have changed diet and program so can't say 100% how much is from this but it has made a positive difference. tl;dr - Using Rage Warrior for 2 months now and delighted with it. Only downside I can find is that there is no bigger tub available.

Well here's how it goes. Had rage, excellent, lime, tastes good, dissolve in a minute, tingling as it should in fingers and face after 15-20 minutes, 0 lactate cause pain after a long run. Then had the other one, different manufacturer, 0 effect, not dissolving at all, and bought this one. It does as the lime one but taste even better! Excellent 👌👌👌

Wurde mir von einem Arbeitskollegen empfohlen. Der Booster tut, was er soll! Er macht sehr wach, und ich verspüre ein leichtes kribbeln! Habe einmal um 18:00 Uhr am Wochenende den Booster als Wachmacher benutzt und nicht zum Training und konnte vor 4:00 Uhr morgens nicht mehr schlafen 😂 Geschmacklich schmeckt er mir, auch, wenn er etwas künstlich schmeckt. Er schmeckt schön süß.

Hey taste is not that great tbh.....but not tingle sensation on the face after taking clean feeling unlike some pre workouts out there do notice difference twenty minutes after taking

Unlike other reviews my package was fine inside and out, was skeptical due to low price, i got it for the 300mg caffeine and thats basically all it provides, the other ingredients are underdosed, its basically just creatine. Tastes terrible in water but apple juice makes it ok. Good for anyone starting out and looking for a cheap option

Der Booster knallt auf jeden Fall – Energie ist schnell da und hält auch durch das Training. Geschmack ist okay, nicht überragend, aber trinkbar. Man sollte aber mit der Dosierung vorsichtig sein, sonst wird’s schnell zu viel (leichtes Kribbeln und hoher Puls). Für intensive Einheiten gut geeignet. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Koffein einfach zu hoch dosiert mit 300mg pro Portion, da sollte des restlichen Tag kein Kaffee oder Energy Drink mehr getrunken werden :/
