My dogs wolf this stuff down. Normally very consistent quality in terms of kibble structure, but last batch received had lots of squashed kibble. Perhaps the bag was under heavier items on this one occasion. In any event my dogs don't care. I bought this for them as a change to the duck, gradually introducing it over a few days and all good. I'm really pleased with how well my dogs look, and their fitness levels, and cleaning up after them is a breeze - no upset stomachs or unpleasant output. Happy.

Finding a dry food that suits a dog with a sensitive stomach can be a challenge, so I was keen to try this Burns Sensitive Grain Free Duck and Potato recipe. After several weeks of feeding it to my Cane Corso cross Staffy, Blue, I’ve been very pleased with the results. Blue can sometimes be prone to digestive upset when his food is changed, so I introduced this gradually. He took to it straight away, which was encouraging as he’s not always enthusiastic about new foods. The kibble size is suitable for larger dogs, and he seems to genuinely enjoy the taste. What I’ve noticed most is how well he has tolerated it. His digestion has remained settled, and he’s maintained good energy levels throughout. His coat looks healthy, and he continues to hold a good body condition without any issues. I like the fact that the recipe is grain free and uses duck as the main protein source, which can be a useful option for dogs that don’t do well on more common proteins. The ingredients inspire confidence, and Burns has a good reputation for producing quality pet food. It’s well made, appears to use quality ingredients, and most importantly, Blue enjoys eating it while maintaining good digestive health. If you’re looking for a grain-free option for a dog with a sensitive stomach, this is definitely worth considering.

I like the new way of letting my dog be on a weight loss diet, which he adores and has the occasional treat of three bits of kibble which he will always come back for!! Such a safe way of letting my Bichon loose the amount he needs to. There are specific instructions on the packet to make it easy to follow! So delighted with my food for my special friend which is a Bichon Frizee. He loves his new food!

I have used this brand for years now and for many breeds of dogs we have had. It was recommended to me by a vet for it's nutrition content and health benefits for my dogs. All my dogs have seemed to love the flavour ( for older dogs or sensative mouths, I soak them in water for a minute or so in order to soften them a little ) . There is no foul smell like you get with canned food and their No2's are generally healthy looking and not watery. Many many people have commented on how great my dogs look and how healthy and shiny their coats are. This is a 5* product , but like all top quality brands/items you have to pay a little extra , and has been slightly annoying to see the price of this product increase over the years but that's life. My tip would be to shop about , as the price varies drastically supplier to supplier.
