Do the blocks have wheels on them? I would need to pull the fridge out or is this just to raise it?

The blocks have no wheels. The blocks are intended to be used with the Lifter tool to raise it up to an appropriate level for the furniture or appliance that is being worked on. You have to pull the refrigerator out on the wheels of the unit- however you choose to do that.

Can I use this to prop my couch up to clean the toys out from underneath? Right now it’s a 2 person job, I would like to make it a 1 person job.

YES YOU CAN!!! when I first got this item. I was very sick skeptical. I have a solid wood armoire with a wine cooler dozens of bottles of wine and liquor, espresso machine, coffee maker, all sorts of coffee, cups and water, cans and bottles I did not off low anything and I tell you this flimsy looking piece of steel with plaster. Caster rollers, lifted it with ease off the ground, just enough for me to slide the furniture sliders under the back legs for me to slide it back against a wall as the metal peg was sticking out and would not move and was scratching the wood floor, but they saved the day
