Great slides
The slides were very well packed and so far every one has been very clean and all are undamaged. I have purchased slides elsewhere in the past which have been advertised as 'cleaned' or 'washed' which have been filthy and have had poorly ground edges and chips. The Bresser slides were very clean and have cut corners which is what I wanted. I have since bought another pack.

I run a wild hedgehog rescue and am checking daily for parasites and these are a great value

Item as described and arrived PDQ, delivery impressive given current global situation, thanks. I never give an overall 5 stars, no negatives on the item however just that unless it came with a winning lottery ticket then all things can be better, and why would you send me a winning lottery ticket lol! but again absolutely no negatives what so ever, thanks.

They do what they say on the wrapper

Every single cover slip is filthy
Every single cover slip in this thing is used and unwashed. I have included pictures of 11 of them held up to a lamp and 6 through a microscope at 1000x magnification. They are covered in microorganisms, grease, and tiny cracks that are invisible to the naked eye. All of them are like this right out of the box. It's impossible to do microscopy with them as you can't tell which microorganisms are from your sample and which are from the coverslip. The slides are also clearly used and dirty, but aren't nearly as bad as the cover slips. Not bothered with the hassle of returning such a cheap item. A waste of £10 as these things are completely unusable.

Bought as a Gift
Bought as a gift for my 7 year old grandson, an immediate winner, and much time was spent in finding things to look at. Having had a microscope of my own as a child I searched carefully for something better and less likely to fail, than my own. I found it!
