Mouse Repellent Spray for Mice & Rats, Peppermint Oil Rodent Repellent, Humane Indoor & Outdoor Spray

Where I live in the Highlands of Scotland, rats, mice, shrews are not dirty like their urban cousins. Red squirrels abound and provide much entertainment. I don't like killing, poisoning or using chemicals on animals (my only zero tolerance is targeted at midges, mosquitoes, crocodiles, alligators and scorpions - fortunately the last three don't feature here, although I've had some close encounters with some of them...two scorpions stung me in Panamá, fortunately the translucent ones. A friend had a dark chappie fall off the ceiling onto his testicles, which resulted in an urgent visit to hospital!). I digress. Mouse traps often don't work. I had one crafty critter in the loft, who managed to roll the trap over, so the little door opened. On another occasion, despite taping the trap to the floor, it/she/he gnawed through the tough plastic. I particularly dislike the poison that rodents take back to the nest and poison the family. It's a pretty gruesome death apparently. I think everything on this amazing planet has a right to live, but in this instance I'm a bit of a nimby. Shock horror yesterday when I went to the airing cupboard to get a bath towel. All my towels are in zipped, clear plastic containers, mainly to keep the dust off. The plastic had been chewed open, the towels had multiple large holes in them. I binned them. A few hours later I had reason to open the airing cupboard door and there was a rat staring at me! I've never slammed a door closed so fast. When I had a new central heating system installed years ago, the plinth, which supported the hot water tank had not been sealed properly. I mentioned this to the fitters, but they ignored me. Being a bit of a Destroy-It-Yourself, Laurel & Hardy combined sort of chap, I blocked it off as best I could. I ordered your wonderful PestSpray late last night. It arrived this afternoon. I'd asked others, who'd used PestSpray on a regular basis. Never had a rodent in the home since. The peppermint aroma is pleasant...to us humans. I've already recommended it to friends. Great value. Most highly recommended. Thank you...

A month or so back i heard scratching in my bedroom wall and then in the ceiling of my flat. A week or so later the same happened again and then within a few days scratching in the ceiling of my living room. I soon realised this must be rodents of some description and so purchased this product after some reasearch. Being a UK based company first got my attention. I got delivery next day via Amazon and so proceeeded to get my step ladders , torch and pest spray in hand and went up into the loft. I've sprayed liberally around the loft on a daily basis. This may be overdoing things but it's how i approach a lot of situations. So far over a week later keeping fingers crossed there has been no more scratching. I have also purchased the pest oil now where you can make your own solution. Certainly smells very minty in my loft now too 😂. I 've decided i'm going to make this a regular routine with pest spray in the loft. A big thank you to the people behind this product. I certainly have been sleeping a bit easier at night thanks to this product.

As far as I can tell it dude a good job

Quick delivery arrived same day, sprayed it neat onto affected area where rats were getting into garden under fence, gave it a good soaking, I could smell the peppermint, so could the rats, however they are not bothered by it and returned within 20 minutes, so I then used half the canister soaking the area, rats were back again. This has no deterrent value for rats, it does not work so save yourself the money and find something that actually works

This did not put off the rat at all and judging by what I caught in the trap the mice don’t mind it either!

Easy to use spray dispenser to target areas. Not an unpleasant smell for a product used indoors. Have just started using product, no damage to furniture etc. No sign of unwanted ‘visitors’.

Living in the countryside I have a periodic problem with small mice coming in from the fields. It’s been quite frustrating and I have resorted to using rat poison to eradicate them. They seem to come into my cupboard under the sink and don’t venture any further. But it worries me because we have a cavity under the floorboards with all the wiring and pipework. I decided to try this spray to see whether I could deter the rodents from coming in. Unfortunately there is still mice activity. I feel like it is only one mass at this stage. However, every morning when I check there has been activity in the cupboard. I have no idea why they frequent the cupboard because it only contains plastic bottles of cleaning products. Otherwise there is nothing else to attract them and there are no edibles lying around the house. I have resorted to buying more rat poison which I have been putting down. After three days, there is still activity and I have gone through three sachets of poison. On the upside, the spray has got a delicious smell. I have also sprayed the liquid into my vents around the house and in areas where they could be coming through. I see some reviewers say it works. Maybe fieldmice don’t mind the smell of peppermint. So I think it is a bit of a hit and miss product
