Where the water from and how to install the unit？

Dear customer, thanks for the question. SimPure Y7P Water Purifier is pre-install, no installation or plumbing required. Behind the machine is the 1.3-Gal feed water tank. Just fill the tank and plug in, system will auto purify, sending purifier water to the 0.45-Gal internal storage tank. The system will automatically dispense the amount of purified water at your select and then automatically stop.

Does this only dispense room temperature water?

The unit only dispenses water at room temperature.

how do you replace the filters? does the manuel teeel which to order and how to swap it out?

The other answers are correct--the manual explains it. Short answer: You remove the water tank, take hold of one of the cylindrical filters, gently slide it outward from the bottom (it pivots at the top), then rotate it counter-clockwise, like unscrewing a lid or screw), and it will pop out. Reverse this with the new filter(s). Just keep in mind that these two filters are replaceable, and there is an intake tube that also needs to be cleaned. The manual is light on this info, and TBH, I'm still working out with the manufacturer what the best approach is. At this moment, having serious challenges with that part. I'll update when I get it fixed.
