It is as good as it gets in the USA I think, no fresh Sorrel available anywhere I looked in Kansas... Thank you Amazon...!

Too salty!!!
Bought to use for the green borsch, as can't find fresh sorrel locally. The best part of sorrel (fresh) is that it is sour, and as such it also adds a very distinct taste to the borsh. Was hoping this product would do the trick. It actually ruined the borsh, because it is so salty... Even when no additional salt is added, using this sorrel makes the borsh too salty...
