The item is great but one part was defective. Amazon wanted us to take apart and return. I couldn’t do that We needed one replacement part. Amazon couldn’t help. Emailed the vendor twice, called the vendor nothing Amazon said contact vendor still nothing. This item was for my grandchildren. I had someone put together for me I couldn’t take apart and send back. It’s a great item but although slide will work the rock climbing part is cracked and dangerous. The hook part is cracked. So frustrated on calling Amazon twice they disconnected me without any further help. The vendor should be blanked from Amazon. If you do buy carefully inspect before putting together

This is an item with good quality. I like the swing as it is suitable for younger toddlers. Assembly wasn’t as difficult as I expected as all the pieces are marked with stickers that follow stepwise instructions. The sand bags make the whole set more stable. I cannot wait to let my 20 month to try each activity.

We got this for my toddler's 2nd birthday and she's been using it pretty consistently for the past 7 months. It was challenging enough for her to stay intrigued and use it in different ways. I also like that the slide piece can be removed so we sometimes use it as a couch slide or a cusion fort bridge. I would not recommend this for older kids as it does not seem to be the sturdiest for preschoolers and up. 12-36 months old be perfect. I do have one safety concern. The top part is like monkey bars, but my daughter tried to drop down from the top and her body fit through but her head did not so her body was hanging down with her head above the bars. Luckily I was right there and we don't let her use it without supervision because I hate to imagine what would have happened if we hadn't been there to help her climb back up.

My 18 month old loves to climb up the slide, turn around, and slide down. Slide is only on the 4th notch and as he gets bigger I'll make his slide steeper. This playground is good for babies/toddlers who are in their climbing phase. Easy to assemble. A 15 yr old put it together. I just wish it was a tad cheaper.
