Can they fit in a 90 Miata?

All bucket seats are universal. All you gotta do is find rails of your liking to properly fit in your car. Sliders run you 100 to 200.

Does it come with the mounting brackets? I know the sliders are sold separately, I just don't know if I will have to buy the brackets too

Seat only. No hardware or side mount brackets. I used a Buddy Club rail in my AE86 and it had the side mounts.

What's the max waist size

I'm a 34 I can see 36 being ok and beyond that the width of the hips might make more difference than the waist.

To installl this i know i have to buy seat brackets what about seat sliders do u need those ?

Depends on your application. I have stationary mounts, so technically no you do not need them. What are you going to install it in?
