poor product quality
I've owned this case less than 9 weeks and it is falling apart. One side has almost fully peeled away from the back. It's too late for a return, and the manufacturer won't honor their warranty because "...it was not purchased from an Authorized Reseller. If your item was sold on Amazon.com and purchased from a reseller other than Case-Mate, RE-COM, Phone Marketplace or Amazon LLC, this voids your warranty."
