1000mgを購入しましたが、ちょっと大きすぎて飲み込みが難しいので、歯で四分割して飲み込んでます。次回は500mgを購入します。

個人的感想ですが効果は感じられなかった
3か月飲みましたが肌、メンタルその他で特に飲んでいる効果を感じられませんでしたのでやめます。高容量ですがナイアシンフラッシュなどはなかったです。
