How do you store this? Can it travel internationally, without being refrigerated?

It doesn't need to be refrigerated due to its high salt content. However, I live in an area of the world that has a very high humidity from time to time so I usually refrigerate it once I've opened it just to be absolutely sure that it stays safe to eat. Note, though, that I have never, but never refrigerated unopened containers of it. It is advisable to get the product out of the fridge a little while before using as it becomes, just like butter, very solid and difficult to spread when its been refrigerated. I hope you enjoy this as its a very tasty when spread sparingly on hot buttered toast.

Usually eat ours on toast with tea for breakfast or late night snack. However, if eating with wine suggest a full bodied red wine such as a good Bordeaux.

It should be Dot Matrix printed on the side or underneath . Usually fairly long like 18 months plus . Are you talking about shelf life once opened ? . Who knows but they don't last too long with me as the are small and oh so yummy , but I would say with the off the scale salt content , you should be ok for a long time straight from the cupboard . I tried keeping in the fridge but then you can spread it easily on Toast . Cheers .
