Would this be okay for lubricating a lat pull down machine? It is stiff when I pull down would this make it more fluid in movement?

The lubricant is certainly great at making heavy gate hinges move easily but I would be careful about using it on a fitness machine. Sometimes there will be a deliberate friction device incorporated into the equipment that might be adversely affected by grease. Best to check directly with the manufacturer of the machine I think.
