That’s what I weigh also, I’m 5’3, I ordered the 2x. I got 4 different patterns. In the front there is smocking to give fullness over the boobs. They wash & dry very nice, no pilling.

medium length=35.5 in large length=36.3 in

Q: Is there a lining of breast support?

There is no lining, but you can't see through it. This can easily double for a casual dress. Love it.
