My skin is a lot smoother than usual with this. I have bumps on my arms and legs that needed exfoliation and this worked well. The key for me is to NOT take hot showers especially when using and type of chemical exfoliation or treatment. I am the type or person who is always cold so I used to take hot showers and it has always made me have bad reactions to products like this. Also make sure not to be out in the sun when using any chemicals on the skin.
