Cleaver Chef Knife, 8" Meat Cleaver Butcher Knife – German Steel

Comfortable to use and the sharpest blade out of the box I’ve ever used. Works great for the tasks that I use it for, mostly slicing and dicing both veggies and meats. Great so far!

This is a 7” not an 8” knife. It is also not a heavy cleaver, it is a rather light, thin, and wide bladed, chopper/slicer. It feels well-balanced. I think if there were an addition blade length of 1” the balance would be off. What I like most is the handle - full tang, and I have large hands, this handle is very comfortable to grip. I do have some minor, unfounded concerns about this blade - thin, brittle? The point is excellent but not reinforced. I bought this chiefly for stir-fry and related preps. I do like this knife, it may become my favorite - we’ll see.

here here ye enter the cleaver least understood of the bunch it relies on weight and proper weight distribution add all that up with a right proper handle and can cut almost any large piece of meat that rules and make if you want into bitesized chunks ready for the stock pot or pressure cooker this beastie can tame the best and the worst so go nout and tame the wild beast that lies in wait in all of us growl

A great very sharp knife. We enjoy using this knife especially when trimming heavy pieces of meat. I would have given five stars if the spine was a little thicker. Great knife that I would buy again.

Flat out great knife

So, I bought this knife because it looked good and had good reviews. First, let me say, it is packaged extremely well. Comes in it’s own box and with a special cloth to clean after washing before putting away. This knife is sturdy to hold and easily maneuvered to cut as well as chop. The grip is perfect for my hand and does not slip. The weight of the blade is balanced perfectly. It impressed me so much, I bought 2 more as gifts to my adult children. My Son called me to say it cuts thru bone even. He didn’t mean to go that far, but it cut thru the meat so easily. My daughter has not given me her feed back as yet, but I’m sure it’s positive. The 2 of us already love ours.

Por el precio, recibí un cuchillo de muy buena calidad y excelente apariencia. Viene en su estuche junto con varios detallitos en su interior propios de un cuchillo de un rango mayor de precio. Se nota que la marca le está echando ganas para posicionarse. Compré el cuchillo híbrido, y hay pocas opciones en Amazon de este tipo de cuchillos por lo regular de un costo mucho más elevado. El peso y el balance del cuchillo me parece adecuado, tirando ligeramente hacia pesado, pero es lo que se espera para este tipo de cuchillos. Los acabados son muy buenos para el rango de precio se notan de calidad tanto el metal como el mango (que poniéndose exigente, pudiera estar mejor pulido). En general es un buen producto y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

Fantástico. Libiano pero delicado no recomendado para cortar hueso de pollo. Su filo manejo y la punta lo mejor para limpiar y retirar las semillas del tomate pimenton en fin. EXCELENTE PRODUCTO
