Should the chronograph buttons be really Stiff/Hard to press?

I don't know if they should be stiff by the buttons on mine are. From previous reviews, it seems that others have the same issue.

Can I dive into an 8ft pool with it?

yes, i have scuba dived to 30m in ocean and fresh water with my automatic watches.

How heavy is this watch, weight? I don't think it is 1.9 pounds(860gm!!) as mentioned in the item description. Anybody?

It is heavy for sure but not as much as 860gm unless you wear it with its original packaging. I wear it daily at work with formal attire and it's quite good, never felt "heavy".

Is the sapphire anti-reflective coated ?

Yes, my Tissot has Sapphire crustal with antireflective coating. I've had it for years and it's never had a problem. Excellent purchase.
