Solid No Frills Motherboard
Pretty good build quality. Plenty of fan connectors for an ATX mid tower build. Really easy installation and comes with a software tool that automatically installs drivers (just be sure to uncheck the option to install Norton they sneak that in there). Only complaint is that the boot times are a little long even with a fast gen 4 drive, but we're only talking about maybe 30 seconds and still pretty fast compared to the old days of HDDs and SATA SSDs.

Unkown status at this juncture...
Purchased this because it supports 6 SATA ports for AM5 CPU's. Its for a future upgrade once AM5 CPU prices along with DDR5 RAM relax. Currently running AM4. Supports dual monitor GPU as long as the CPU supports them. I don't do games but I do quite a bit of video editing so I need some speed. You need a 1KW PSU,

Great Mobo with brittle plastic and lake of DDR5 dual channel flexibility
My B650 pro wifi has been great since building my new PC in October. I just have one tiny beef I’d like to share. I had a Samsung sata SSD go bad which resulted in hanging after BIOS. While troubleshooting, I was swapping RAM slots and I got a bit rushed and broke slot 4 (the plastic used for tabs and interfaces on this mobo are very thin and brittle compared to my 2017 Gigabyte mobo). My mobo will not boot with sticks in 1 & 3 so I am now stuck in single channel, populating slots 1 and 2. I strongly dislike the fact that there is no flexibility for dual channel and I am annoyed with the quality of plastic they are using even though I take full responsibility for breaking things.

DOA - CPU light stays on
Absolute garbage... While there might be a good number of these boards that do work, please have a Google search for "MSI PRO B650-P red CPU light is on" and look at all the people that are having exactly the same problem that I'm currently experiencing, too many. This board was no good out of the box, no socket pins are bent, I upgraded their bios per instructions, and even what's the thing to sit for hours because they said sometimes it takes a long time for it to configure itself on first power up. ALL FAILS! All other components were tested another machine can work just fine, this board is DOA. MSI wants me to send back a brand new motherboard at my expense for them to evaluate. I don't think so. Apparently it's not just this model that suffers this problem, so avoid MSI. I'm very disappointed, I've been an MSI builder for many years, hundreds of computers which I sold retail. This is the first time they have let me down, it will be a long time before they fix their reputation after this. 🤮

Good motherboard (had some trouble getting onto wifi but worked out!)
This went together really easily and I like the board alot. AMD 7600X, 7800XT GPU, Gskill ddr5 6000mhz EXPO ram. Installing windows I couldnt get it to connect to the internet and got stuck. Used ethernet cable and reset router a few times didnt help. I downloaded wifi drivers from MSI on a usb stick from MSI and put that into the mobo usb port, I also went into the bios and chose LAN only(?) and for some reason it instantly got onto the wifi and I was able to finish windows install and use the PC. Kind of odd but it all worked out. Im new to this and others may have zero issues. WIFI is fast, lots of ports for things. Happy with it, posted right away just the internet connection issue which resolved.

Very good for what it provides.
Honestly, the faults I have really just have to do with my own decisions like buying the right ram and that’s about it really. I honestly don’t have any other issues. Even if it is PCIE 4.0 and not 5.0, I’m pretty sure that if I were to upgrade to a PCIE 5.0 card in the future, it would still use it quite well. Plus. it’s really cheap for what I bought for under $200 which makes this board really worth it. One thing that I do fault for though is that the CMOS battery is a pain to reset if you have a GPU blocking the way, but I’m pretty sure that applies to every motherboard in the market. Overall, very worth it.

Best B650 on a budget
Compared to pricing on Asus and Gigabyte, MSI really do a good job on the BG50 chipset. It is has 2 Gen4 M2 connector( one comes with M.2 Shield Frozr ), 4 x DDR5 Dual Channel and WIFI 6E. For me those features are very important. In addition to that, it was really easy to set up and pair with AMD Ryzen 7700x. Overall I will recommend this to any AMD build.

Budget board with more than enough features - including wifi.
It seems like a good board for the price. No issues on the install and the onboard wifi works very well. Ports and connectors for everything I needed.

Good for price if on sale
Good board if you can get it on sale, has plenty of pcie, m.2, and sata ports to handle most upgrades

Good!
Love it! The onboard wifi is great. Its easy to setup, comes with lots of instructions. also came with some screws and extra things like stickers and zip ties. Smaller than expected, which is a positive because it fits in my tower well.

DOES NOT WORK!!
BEWARE: DO NOT BUY! 0/1000 I have already seen a lot of “Bad” reviews for this product here on Amazon but still decided to take the risk and bought it. I received the item and when I started setting up, building my new custom built PC, everything was working… but NOT the Motherboard. I got the MSI B650-P WiFi ProSeries… I had everything set up already on my PC and everything was connected. Although, it is showing a Red light on the Motherboard for the CPU. It isn’t detecting my AMD Ryzen 9 7900X and the MEMORY SLOT (RAM slots) does not work. I went to analyze what seemed to be the problem as everything was working, like the RGB, the fans on my cooler and Graphics Card were working but nothing was happening. I decided to move around the RAM and troubleshoot to find what’s wrong… finally I saw a display on my Monitor. It says, “Over Current Have Been Detected On Your USB Device!! System will shutdown after 15 seconds to protect your mainboard.” Then it turned off my whole PC. There was nothing I could do so I decided to get a refund and shipped the item back. At this time of writing this, I just shipped back the motherboard and I bought a different motherboard. First Time WORSE experience from Amazon. I also saw in the CPU pins, there seem to be some kind of problem with it. I JUST WASTED MY CPU Cooler’s Thermal Paste for this product!
