I find the Healthspan products pretty high quality. Taking an omega 3 tablet is not the kind of thing that you can "feel" or notice on a daily basis, so its hard to speak to it on that count, but the ingredient list is simple and without lots of fillers or added extras, and its a good strength - I would prefer a higher EPA content since this is what helps with reducing inflammation and soreness from exercise which is what I'm after (while DHA has benefits in reducing cholesterol, which I'm not after) but Healthspan offer their "Pure EPA" (for a shocking amount extra) if you're looking for the ultimate in that regard. Its packaged well. I don't find that it "repeats" on me or tastes fishy in any way. Recommended.
