Hello! Today I am reviewing "Ubiquinol CoQ10, 600mg" by Besibest. I came from a medical family and was taught to do my research, and do it well. So, I have: first scholastically on the product itself (ingredients, quantities, etc...) and then actually taking it. I have been studying nutrition for three decades and enjoy doing it, so I am happy to tell you my results with this fine supplement. I have been an intense athlete (cycling, basketball, surfing, weightlifting, swimming, frisbee, and running) throughout that time. I have always tried to get the nutrition correct as many circles consider that more important than the actual choice of which exercise. I am now in my fifties and my nutritional choices are paramount. The reason I bought this product was to increase my energy levels to increase (or at least maintain) athletic performance. And this Ubiquinol CoQ10 has really done that! I've been able to add one more day at the gym because I do have substantially more energy, not just to get there, but to train harder and with more intensity. My endurance has gone to levels I haven't had since my early thirties and on most days at the gym I feel very strong when lifting weights; it takes longer to train to exhaustion, which I always do. Also, I never have any problems with absorption. The gel is great going down and I never have any type of side effect. So, to sum it up, my personal experiences with Ubiquinol CoQ10 by Besibest have been phenomenal. These odorless, tasteless, easy to swallow soft gels are 3/4 inch in size (smaller in size than your average fish oil soft gel). They help me maintain healthy immune support and energy. I started purchasing them because they were high quality and good value for price. I have been taking them for more than 6 months and I have had no side effects. I really appreciate that I can get so many soft gels for a reasonable price, especially since the recent CoQ10 price hikes.

So far, so good. It's early to make a true judgment. However, I am feeling better these days and since it is 1000mg antioxidant, I am not feeling any joint pain as before I started taking this brand. I would recommend it even if I have only been taking it for just over a week.

I won't ever stop taking this supplement. I'm on a statin medication and as a health & fitness professional I know without the CoQ10 the statin can't fully do its job. Its like if you get a deep gash and you clean it but don't dress it, or vice versa. Doing one without the other is as good as doing nothing to prevent infection. This dosage is necessary as well and should be eaten with a meal that's got some fat in it. Its a fat soluble supplement.

I was recommended to supplement with CoQ10 to help with my energy. I chose this product because it is liposomal, vegan and 1000mg at a great price. Adding this supplement has added a noticeable increase in my energy. It was easy to take even though it is a larger softgel. There's no taste. I take with a meal and experience no digestive issues.
