Noise cancellation is poor
Background noise is not cancelled out. If someone is talking say in another room and both doors are open, then the person you are talking to can hear the person in the other room. When i say hear, i mean the words not just a distance sound. Disappointed with the noise cancelling but otherwise it is a good clear to hear headset. Very comfortable for all day wear too.

Arrived earlier than expected. Works very well, better than expected. Wireless range covers whole house. Audio quality is very good. Setup was easy.Headset Sales included their own documentation detailing how to get support / repairs etc which was very much appreciated.

Why did they design it like this I have no idea
Awful design for recharging this thing. You have to very carefully balance the earphone on the charging stand and every time it is fiddly. Why did they design it like this I have no idea. Added to this the sound is rubbish.I was bought this by my office, no way I would waste my own money on this. I tried to return it even though its free!
