Ok, I haven't yet used my wheelbarrow, and will update this review after it has been put to the test. The 5 star review at the moment is based on, price, capacity, ease of putting together and delivery. All I can not fault. Having read so many reviews of different wheelbarrows from different companies and websites, the biggest issue always seems to be putting it together. I was dreading doing it. But it went together a dream, so easy, everything in the right place. Took 10mins. It feels robust, good quality. Now I just need to get it to my allotment and put it to work. Also, you will need a 13 and 14 size spanners, a wide flat Screwdriver and a 5mm Allan key. The instructions do not tell you this nor does the company supply the tools in your kit.

EDIT: Originally rated 4 stars but I've upped this to 5 stars because the quality, strength and overall usefulness of this wheelbarrow overcomes the issues of putting it together. We've used this barrow for hours upon hours, every day since we bought it for a mega garden clearance and it's been worth it's weight in gold. Easy to manoeuvre over rough and muddy ground, superb bucket size, comfortable handles all add up to make it a pleasure to use. We'll be ordering a second one in a few weeks when we start a large area of groundwork. ORIGINAL: Overall a great barrow with a lovely big 'bucket' and a strong frame. Love the pump up tyre, so much better than the rock hard solid ones. Very easy to manoeuvre and I'm sure this is going to be a massive help in our quite large garden. Quite fiddly to put together, as are all the others I've ever owned, particularly flying solo. I found mole grips essential to lock onto the bolts whilst I reached around with a srewdriver to the inside of the bucket. The large capacity is going to be wonderful, but it does have the drawback that it's difficult to reach over when assembling. Having someone to help would make it a breeze. Reduced as star because of the state that it arrived in. No damage to the box at all, but one of the metal tubular sections was so bent out of place that I had to prize it back to where it should be just to fit the parts together. The tube cross section had been 'flattened' at one side so the other relevant tube wouldn't slide into it. Resolved in a few minutes but I can imagine some people having real difficulty with it. There were also a few minor scratches on the polycarb but I'm genuinely not bothered at all. The barrow will be getting hammered in the next few days so it'll probably look like it's 90 yrs old this time next week. Now it's all put together I'd definitely recommend it. My wife is a tiny dot and she finds it super easy to get around with. I'm pleased with the polycarb version over the galvanized. I've had galvanized many times before and they ended up a rusty mess after a few years. A good buy.

Looks sturdy enough when finally got assembled. Have never seen so many misaligned holes in one object. Takes a bit of patience and muscle to get it put together. Once done am happy with result. Few slight dents on body on delivery and a good tip is don’t wear clean jeans when you pick the body up. It was filthy. Looking at others seems a fair price and delivery was super fast. Mush an earlier than predicted, five days earlier. Light and manoeuvrable to use. Good capacity.

Prompt delivery in three days. Very sturdy and well manufactured with large capacity. Nice touch that it came with plastic handles to prevent your hands getting cold on a winters day. I was a bit wary of some of the reviews that highlighted difficulties putting it together, but found the accompanying instruction leaflet easy to follow. Some of the holes for the bolts were a little off- centre, but if the nuts and bolts were all loosely assembled, then when in place they were easily tightened.

Looks robust and sturdy, and smooth to maneuvre. The instructions were fairly clear, my only query was to do with where the washers should be placed, but otherwise everything fitted together without problem, and was a one man job. Good value for money.

This wheelbarrow is supplied as a set of component parts. The supplied components are high quality items, but the barrow I received could not be assembled. The tubular metal frame must be bolted to the galvanized load container, but the holes designed to accept the corresponding bolts could not be aligned. In fact they were so far from alignment that the respective holes didn't even overlap in part: the bolts could not be put in place and then tightened, and it was not possible to deform the frame, which is made of steel tube. So in consequence the barrow could not be put together and the whole kit of components was completely useless. Unfortunate - since the item would be good if it could be assembled.

Very good sturdy build. Easy to install

I would give this wheelbarrow 5 stars if I had been delivered the assembled product as it is sturdy and works well once it has been assembled. However, I have to knock some stars off because of the assembly process. The barrow comes in 4 main pieces, the main frame, the handles frame, the bucket and the wheel. It also has a pack of bolts which are used to assemble it. The first problem is the pack does not contain any tools to assemble it. So if you buy it you will need an Allen key of the right size, spanners that fit the heads of the bolts and a very broad flat headed screwdriver. Fortunately I had a bicycle spanner that fitted and a suitable Allen Key. My screwdriver head was not quite wide enough to get a good fit on the screw heads but I managed. The main problem was actually assembling it. The two parts of the frame went on relatively easily, as did the wheel. But fitting the bucket onto the frame was incredibly difficult. Really you need two people - one to hold the bolt on one side with a spanner and the other to turn the screw on the other, otherwise you need arms like an octopus. Sadly I was on my own when assembling and it took me over an hour as trying to hold a bolt head still on one side of the large bucket while screwing the other side inside the bucket was almost impossible. As I said, it is a pretty good barrow and nice and light, once assembled. However I cannot give full marks as if you are selling something that needs to be assembled it should be designed in such a way that it is reasonably easy to do so. And including a suitable spanner and Allen key would be nice too.

Gartenschubkarre für einen guten Preis. Die Gartenschubkarre kommt zerlegt in einen doch recht kleinen Karton. Schrauben und andere Teile liegen komplett bei. Die Aufbauanleitung ist Illustriert und sehr gut verständlich. Somit auch für nicht ganz so geschickte Menschen einfach zu verstehen. Mit etwas Übung ist die Schubkarre nach 20 Min voll einsatzfähig. Sie wirkt auf den ersten Blick zwar nicht sehr belastbar, aber dieser Eindruck täuscht. Durch größere Bauarbeiten rund um das Haus wurde die Schubkarre gleich schwersten Belastungen ausgesetzt. Sie meisterte die Aufgaben mit Bravour. Sei es schwere Betonklötze, Recycling Schotter oder einfach nur eine große Ladung Erde zu transportieren. Nach kurzen Einsatz sollten die Schrauben noch einmal etwas Nachgezogen werden. Das erhöht die Stabilität sehr. Ansonsten ist sie sehr leicht und sehr gut Handle bar. Selbst mein 7 jähriger Sohn kann sie gut bedienen. Für sehr große Leute ist sie etwas klein. Die Wanne ist sehr breit und nicht so tief. Dieses war so von uns gewünscht. Das Rad kann man auch gegen ein Rad mit Stahlfelge austauschen. Dieses ist auch für die Stabilität von Vorteil aber kein muss. Alles im allen bekommt man in der Preisklasse eine sehr gute Schubkarre die ihren zweck erfüllt. Von daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.

Also die Scheibtruhe so wie wir so ein Teil bezeichnen wurde zerlegt geliefert jedoch mit etwas Geschick und eventuell einem Helfer ist sie im Nu zusammengebaut. Die Beschreibung könnte ein wenig detaillierter sein, aber man schafft es dann doch. Diese Schubkarre ist gut geeignet für Gartenarbeit, um einen größern Einkauf zu transportieren, jedoch zum betonieren oder generell für den Hausbau ist sie meiner Meinung nach etwas zu schwach. Dabei meine ich nicht die Verarbeitung sondern das Blech ist hat nicht sehr dick. Aber dafür habe ich sie ja auch nicht gekauft. Ich bin mit meiner Scheibtruhe voll und ganz zufrieden.
