The vet told us that one of our cats needed hydration. We have 2 cats And there are 3 bowls in Our home, We change them twice a day. Highlander has a very big head and her whiskers are very long, so she avoided the water bowls, But this fountain solves that problem Easily. Penny or other cat seems to drink more too the fountain is so well made and So easy to put together and clean. I love the bubbling noise it's very quiet but it's it's kind of nice. They both drink a lot more water and And I can see why And I can see why because everyone would like fresh moving water instead of old.boring bowl water.that only Got changed twice a day It comes with everything you need and there are very clear instructions For cleaning it and putting it back together. My cats liked the one of this that I got that I ended up getting a second one. I liked that it came with extra filters (although the second one I got shorted me one filter). It holds a lot of water that works well for my multiple cats to the point it can last multiple days before it's time for me to refill it. It's quiet until the water level gets low, it's easy to clean, and does very well at filtering out hair and debris.

I love my Rellaty cat fountain and so does my cat. The fountain is quiet and stylish and so easy to clean. The stainless steel basin and lid go right in the dishwasher. It even came with a tiny brush for scrubbing inside the pump and the fountain head. My cat loves the running water and drinks way more water than he used to. He likes to drink right out of the fountain head …no more drinking out of the toilet! The customer service is great too. My first pump quit working so I contacted them and they sent me a new one right away. Definitely recommend!

This fountain is perfect! It’s stainless steel inside and out for easy cleanup and bacteria prevention and it has two spouts perfect for 2+ cat household or just a solo cat who loves watching/playing with water coming from a faucet. It was easy, fast, and straightforward to set up. The water level is perfect. My only complaint is the fact that it doesn’t have a way to view the water level but it’s no dealbreaker for me. You also get a little gift from the seller once you purchase, if you read the contents inside closely. The pump also comes with a 2 year warranty!!

I needed to replace the PetSafe plastic fountain. The fountain was difficult to clean and it always had an odd film build up on the reservoir. I decided to give this stainless steel fountain a try as I was not willing to spend $100 on a Kitty Spout. After 6 weeks of use, the fountain meets and exceeds all expectations. The fountain holds 3 liters of water, is extremely quiet and very easy to clean. Others have mentions a residue buildup on the the motor. I have not experienced it. I will note that I have a reverse osmosis filtration system, perhaps it helps with the lack of build up in this fountain. I have swapped out the filter and done a complete cleaning twice in six weeks. It seems to be appropriate for the needs of my cats. Setup out of the box is easy. Design is well done. Highly recommend.

My cats love this fountain. The large tank provides them cool fresh water for several days, but the best part of this fountain is the customer service. I clean the the bowl, check the filter and clean the pump every time that I refill. This last time, the pump would not restart. I contacted the company and a lovely person promptly responded. She suggested that I clean the pump. When I told her that I already did this, she shipped me a new pump with a two year warranty. They have the best customer service for a good product.
