DO NOT BUY! Dangerous, poor quality brake pads, not fit for purpose
Bought these believing I was buying genuine Brembo brake pads. After having them fitted by a local reputable garage I was initially impressed with the stopping performance as they were very grippy and stopped the car efficiently, however, after a couple of days and only a few miles I noticed the brake pedal was traveling further and the brakes were fading almost immediately to the point they were only just slowing the car down. I took the car back to the garage where they were fitted and the mechanic investigated and found the pads were literally disintegrating and appeared to be made of a soft and crumbly material. He suggested that they were either fakes or faulty and were extremely dangerous. He has replaced the pads with ones he sourced from a local motor factors and the brakes are now working properly and the issue has been resolved.With credit to Amazon, they have accepted my request to return the product for a full refund and have paid for the return postage so I have no issue with them other than the fact they sold them to me in the first place.Please heed my advice and DO NOT BUY THESE BRAKE PADS. Had I been driving at speed on a motorway when they failed it could have been a very different story. I trusted the brand name and thought the price was very good but I won't be making this mistake again.
