Definitely noticed an immediate difference in my energy level. I will continue to take them.

Was very skeptical to try this at first given the amount of products the Kardashians push and how a lot of people believe quality is not there always. So when I saw Kourtney who has always been an advocate for holistic wellness come out with vitamins, I was actually intrigued because this seemed like something that actually made sense. After hearing positive reviews of the brand and seeing how clean the ingredients were, I thought I would give it a try. Can genuinely say I’ve noticed these help me get through the workday without being completely exhausted or drinking way too much caffeine! Taste leaves a little to be desired but essentially does just taste like a matcha in gummy form.

I was skeptical, but these worked really well for me. I work full time and am a parent, so (unsurprisingly) I’m extremely tired in the afternoon. Drinking caffeine after lunch makes me jittery and upsets my stomach. These gummies are phenomenal. I’m definitely more focused in the afternoon and don’t have an upset stomach, heartburn, or any of the other negative effects that I would have from drinking coffee. It took about 30 minutes to notice a difference in my energy level. The taste is good, but the main reason I like these is because they actually work. I also bought the Purr gummies and love the taste of them, but I imagine it will take longer to ascertain whether or not they actually make a difference. The only other supplement I take is Zit Sticka Skin Discipline and it definitely took a month to see noticeable results. I placed a recurring order for Lemme Matcha. Definitely worth it as it’s cheaper than Starbucks.

For general energy and overall health, a super B-complex supplement might be a better choice as it includes all eight B vitamins, while a B12 supplement (even at 100 mcg) only provides one. However, if you suspect a B12 deficiency, a B12 supplement might be more targeted. I bought these before I was properly educated, I only bought them because I wanted to support the business of a well known celebrity, and honestly because I struggle with energy I know for a fact I suffer from dangerously low vitamin d but my Dr also told me to pair that with super b complex and I definitely see and feel a difference I highly recommend taking super b complex rather then this.

Been using for two months now and I absolutely love them. I was not sure about these at first but I do love my matcha lattes. VI have a hard time drinking coffee because it makes me very jittery so I found that matcha works better for me. I was super excited to try them and so far they are great. If I take two in the morning sometimes it still can make me jittery less than coffee but still not fun. So I switched to one in the morning and one in the afternoon. That gets me through the day without any more caffeine! The price point is high but I got a decent sale and the subscription helps of course. The taste is a little odd vanilla flavor but I like it.
