Windsor 050151-BK Adjustable Folding Sheet Music Stand with Carry Case Black

My old stand used for carrying to practices was very flimsy and screws worn so sometimes would suddenly shrink and music rest prone to moving angle. Amazed by quality of this budget stand. Sturdy but not too heavy to lug about , no knobs and screws to try to screw up tight but easy levers, really secure . The music rest is folded out by depressing a button and is on a ratchet mechanism so again really secure. Excellent design.

The music stand is very sturdy and well made. It extends to a good height. I am very pleased withy purchase.

Arrived with a bash in the box and a slight kink in the part to lay the music on. PO at fault I suspect but that is the only reason I am giving 4 stars not 5. I have managed to straighten it out so it looks fine now and I must say is excellent value for the modest price! I have tested it out and it holds the music beautifully even a thick book of tunes I use a lot It is multi height variable so really good value for money and came put together, collapsed to its smallest size and mere seconds to unfold for use. Also came with a robust zipped bag to transport it about! A really good stand and well made Much better than I expected given the low price. I would recommend it!

Very solid, nice thick tubes, and a very useful quick locking adjustment system to set the height. The rest angle is changed using a push-button system too which makes this so quick to set up. It also comes in a good carry bag. Excellent product especially at the price!

This is a very good product for the price. I bought this because I am starting to learn to play the Alto/Treble recorder and was recommended to buy a music stand. This stand is not overly robust, but I don't really need an overly robust stand. I am not a professional musician which has to take his equipment from location to location. I am just a beginner learning at home and for my use it is certainly more than robust enough for my purposes. And for the price, I really am not complaining at all. I am very happy with my purchase, and it works very well for me. I would definitely buy it again if I had to do it all over again. Very happy.

Sturdy, good quality; head tilts from near vertical to ?45degrees if you prefer to look down on music. Two springholders at base of head to hold music in place; but I find these tend to hide the bottom couple of lines if not positioned carefully. I've stretched elastic bands across the horizontal part of the music rest at base of head as I like to have head near vertical; stops sheet music slipping off (and holds pencil / pen for marking up). Vertical adjustment easy with two pop-out grips to release pole; good for both seated and standing. Carrying case lightweight & soft so very useful.

Easy to set up, light, portable, sturdy. My only critique is the sheet holders that don't really move to the position required to hold the sheet music. They need hinges. However, I will just use some sort of stationary clip and it will work....minor issue compensated for by the good price.

Sturdy but not too heavy. This stand is easy to put up and down quickly. It holds quite a lot of weight: I was recently in a pit band with it and it held my music and a large heavy stand light with no problems. I can't comment on how high it goes because I've never had it up to max (I play the cello). The rubber bits on the feet tend to fall off occasionally when you put it in the bag but they are easy to just put back on again. Those extra sticky-out bits on the side are really handy: they are a perfect place to clip on a mechanical pencil (whatever music stand you have, try this. It's life-changing). The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is it does not have those extra tab things which mean you can have 3 or 4 pages visible at a time. This is annoying as many of my pieces are like this and I can't page-turn by myself.

Für meinen Sohn als Anfänger beim Instrument lernen absolut ausreichend. Steht stabil und ist leicht auf- und abzubauen. Ob der Ständer für einen Profi auch ausreicht, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aber bei dem Preis von 13 Euro 02/2025, stimmt die Leistung.
