I’ve tried other fountains before and became discouraged and went back to regular bowls. With how busy I am now with a new baby I decided to try again and really tried to find a good one. So far so good with the Pet Libro. I think I may have found the one. It fits a great amount of water for my 3 small dogs. It is very quiet. The tank separates from the base so no dealing with wires when refilling/cleaning. The app is surprisingly very good. It tells you every time your pet drinks and how much if you want. It tells you the water level. It reminds you when to clean or change the filter and allows you to determine how often you want to do that. Cleaning is also much more straightforward than other ones I’ve had. The packaging it arrived in was also very “apple-esque”. It feels high-end and carefully put together.

I got this fountain for my 3 cats because, my older pumpless one would randomly stop working. I got the fountain and started putting it together and on the app it does say to have the base and your phone within 20 inches of your router. I tried several times where the fountain would be and it wouldn't connect. But I moved it temporarily into the room with the router for set up, and it worked fine. I moved it back to where I was going to place it and just followed the steps. On the app I did make sure I turned the water flow on and I have it set for continuous mode. The cord they provide for power is nice quality. Braided cord USB to usb-c and a power block as well, and they provided a small cleaning brush. The power cord is a little shorter than what I would like. I have an outlet on my counter and the cord barely makes it situate on the base. Granted I assume any power cord could work. The app, does offer some additional features with a paid subscription, however I don't want that or plan to us it for that. I bought this as a replacement fountain, it works great. It is extremely quiet, you can look at it and see the water coming out the top spout and not even hear it. I do like how in the app I can set it to send me reminders on cleaning, or refilling the water. You can customize the notifications for which ever ones you want. And it even tells you when a cat came to drink and how long and how much water. So for single cat homes that may be nice.

Super easy to set up and add to the app. I like that you can take it off the base to refill the water and you don’t have to unplug it all the time. The cats took to it right away and it sends notifications when they drink from it and how much which is neat. It also lets me know when the water is low and when the filter needs to be changed which helps my ADHD brain. lol I also thought the cost was reasonable considering the smart technology benefits and the quality of the water fountain itself. It’s super quiet as well.

it’s great! very quiet, large capacity, and super easy to clean and refill. the filters work well and are easy to replace, i just got generic brand refills and they work just the same. it’s a good height so my kitties don’t have to strain their neck to reach the water.

I’ve been really happy with the PETLIBRO Upgrade Cat Water Fountain so far. It’s easy to set up, runs quietly, and my cat started using it right away. I like that it keeps the water flowing and fresh, which definitely encourages more drinking. The design is simple and easy to clean, and the water level window is a nice touch so you can quickly see when it needs refilling. The filters do a good job keeping the water clean, but I’ve noticed I prefer to wash the fountain itself a bit before the full two-week filter cycle—usually toward the end of that period just to keep everything extra fresh. Overall, it’s a great fountain that works well and looks nice too. Definitely a solid upgrade from a regular water bowl.

I have used water fountains for my pets since they came out. This PETLIBRO is by far the best I’ve used and more importantly, my baby is OBSESSED with it! It’s incredibly easy to clean and maintain and I love that it doesn’t have a pump inside. Its design is actually easier for pets to drink from. And, I love the app. It’s incredibly useful to see the details of my pets drinking habits and I love the updates to change filter, etc. I’m good on staying on top of that myself , but for busier households or multiple pets, this is an excellent feature. Whisper quiet. Holds a lot of water and keeps you up to date on levels. Can’t recommend enough. Oh, their customer service is EXCELLENT too! I had a problem with the docking station and they handled that quickly and were extremely helpful and nice. Im super happy with everything.

I’ve had other types of water fountains before and this one is impressive. It holds a lot of water for my 2 cats, although only one of my cats likes the fountain, but the other one can still drink comfortably because there’s a good size stainless steel area for him to drink from. I love how it sends alerts to your phone reminding you to clean the different parts and also has tutorials on how to clean it. Very helpful when you’re just starting. It’s also super quiet, I really can’t hear anything from it all. I’m going away for a few days and feel better knowing my kitties will have plenty of clean water. I also feel comfortable that I will be notified if the water level gets low so I can advise my cat sitter. Overall, I would highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using them for a month or so and so far, not one issue. I ponder the idea of said supplier being the same as OEM honestly. Perfect fit and dimensionally spot on. I use these with the Dockstream Smart Fountain and can confirm absolute compatibility. If your model is using the same filters, these will work flawlessly. No defects, nothing out of the ordinary, no cheap shortcuts. Change the box, and one wouldn’t know these are aftermarket until they see the cost. Absolutely worth it.

Great and needed piece obviously but too expensive They are taking the p**** with their prices as you need to use a lot of filters so very costly

It has a noticeable difference with the ones sold on their official website. The black filter is square instead of rectangular, hence smaller than needed and does not cover the entire pump intake, the white filter also has a noticeable less material within it, with no visible carbon inside but just a small sponge. Go to the official site and don’t waste your money here.
