I wear this on my clothes. I put a couple of drops on my outfits for work each day and I get a lot of compliments. I assumed it would stain but its not something I have had problems with. I wouldnt say it smells likes caramel though...its kind of like a sweet smell of shortbread really. I still like it though and so does everyone else. Its very strong so I would suggest using a tiny bit at a time.

Sweet but not much Caramel
I love fragrances, but this didn't smell 'caramelly' if that's a word. It is sweet, and up close it smells a little caramel-like, but once in a fragrancer, it just smells sweet and meh. Not bad ... but not what I was wanting.
