Set of 4 Camper Van Mugs, Hand Painted Blue, Red, Orange & Green

My husband had the same cup gifted 7 yrs back, bought by a family member who since passed away. The cup is getting old now, so I thought it'd be great to replace his, and get the rest of the family a matching set for Christmas.Really well packaged and look good, but sadly less than a week of gentle usage, the glaze is cracked on two of the cups. Too scared to use them in case they crack with a hot drink in. Not fit for purpose. The kids haven't used theirs but half a set is pointless.Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, as my kids are now sad to be losing their Christmas present and what it represented.

Two messages to seller, no response. I bought these when they were reduced to £12,99, however, those that arrived did not match photo, nevertheless they had been bought for New Year gifts. However, they seem more in tune with seconds. Flaws in 3 mugs on rim where it is bumpy. So decided I could not give as gifts. Kept as would be fine for everyday use. Bright colours so cheerful. However, when pouring hot water from kettle into orange mug there was a hissing sound and then a crack appeared inside all the way down to bottom. So unable to use orange mug as safety issue. Others usable but each must be handwashed as not dishwasher safe, which is not a problem as hand painted. Very dissapointed.If you plan to buy these please ensure you check these are not seconds. I have just requested (3rd message but via the return or exchange request, a replacement mug for the orange mug. Such a shame as looked great in phtograph.

Ordered these as we needed personalised mugs for my work, great for their intended purpose, my cup clipped after about 3 months of almost daily use but not due to the cups fault, when someone else used my cup(without permission😡😂) they accidentally chipped it. The handle did eventually fall off of this cup in question but I still have two more (one given away as gift, as they are individually boxed). Can stain easily if tea or coffee is left in it and can be a bit of a pain to wash off by hand but if you fill it with water and stir in some bioactive washing powder and leave it a couple hours it seems to wash off so much easier 😁

Really pleased when I bought these but glaze on one of them has cracked a couple of weeks in, and there is what looks like a crack inside it too. Have binned do now only have 3 mugs. Look great but weren’t cheap would not repurchase

Two out of four cups arrived with chopped ceramic. I cut my finger on it. Tried to paint over with clear nail polish but am just going to throw this one away. The other chip was inside so I still use the cup. But very poor quality. Really disappointed and wasn’t able to send only 2 back. You have to post all 4, so with the cost of postage I haven’t bothered. I’ll just never buy again.

Bought as a bit of a Christmas fun present after becoming VW owners. They’re definitely novelty. I don’t actually find them that nice to drink out of A the lip is big. The handle has fallen off of one of them already.They’re fun but that’s kinda all.

I previously commented on the fact one of the mug handles came away from a mug whislt it contained a hot drink - to date I have no response from the seller - now two of the mugs have cracked glazing making them unhygenic. These mugs are not fit for use with hot drinks they would be useful if you only wanted to use them for display purposes, obviously the seller has NO interest in their customers.

Actually really nice mugs! Out of the 4, 3 were perfect - one unfortunately had a slight crack which made it difficult to drink from. But, they were packaged nicely and had no other issues. Quite big too so makes for a fantastic brew!
